   I recently visited the clinic under an emergency NSH appointment on 05/10/2025 and gave a 4-star review. Unfortunately, there was an IT issue with their internal system at that time, which prevented in-house x-ray services and the offering of a referral letter, despite my having paid the full cost for these services. The staff were courteous and provided me with some advice regarding my dental issue and apologized for the inconvenience caused by the IT problem. I appreciate their efforts to assist me under the circumstances.

   I have an extremely positive experience from this practice following my transfer from another Dental Practice. Anthony was very supportive, professional and addressed my immediate issues. He came up with a treatment plan to resolve a number of matters regarding my dental wellbeing. This included root canal treatment. Despite some initial trepidation Stefan allayed my fears and resolved the problem professionally and without pain - to my relief, over a couple of visits. The quality of care even included a follow up call to establish whether there was any residual issues / pain. I appreciated the follow up - which further vindicated my decision to move to Broadway. I would strongly recommend both as caring professionals!!!!! The reception team are also excellent. I was left with a distinct impression that they care and they are very responsive to patients needs unlike the experience I’d encountered elsewhere.
