Appalling. I went to this practice every morning and phoned for a week was told no appointments, staff could see my face was swollen, got an appointment else were seen to straight away when staff seen the size of my face INFECTED Abscess
I phone for a emergency appointment and got told to ring back in a week to arrange a time for a emergency appointment. I ended up going to hospital becase was in that much pain and couldn't wait a week to 2 week period for a emergency appointment.
Appalling service. Knew I was going to be approx 5 mins late as I was stuck in traffic so called ahead 20mins early only to find the out of hours nuber on. Turned up 6 mins late to be told the dentist wouldn’t see me. I explained I had tried to ring to give notice but the receptionist said sorry that’s my fault I’m on my own ?. Last time I went to the dentist I had to wait 20mins after my appointment was due even though I was on time!! Doesn’t stack up, one sided. I understand that practices run on appointments but there was a genuine attempt to prevent me from bucking the system. Not happy at all. Wouldn’t recommend!!!!!!!!
Service with a smile, made appointment saw dentist, really pleasant man, sent me for scale and polish, all done within 90 minutes.
I've been going here for several years. Never not once have I been seen on time, more so it is typical to wait upto an hour after your scheduled appointment time to be seen. Yet on the one occasion that I was 5 minutes late, due to traffic my appointment was cancelled. I've found the dentist I see to have an incredibly poor attitude, who must assume his patients are a personal bank. I've regularly had dental work with a price tag of £1000's suggested to me. There is no way I could afford such treatment. Also although I've found the reception staff & dental nurses very pleasant, I've also found them to not be very helpful and not through a lack of capability but a lack of willingness to help. Finally unlike most other dentists in the area, this dentist doesn't have any extended business hours, they don't open early or stay open late at any point during the week nor to they operate at all on the weekend. Meaning time of work is needed for all appointments. Other dentists I know will stay open late or open early one night a week or work Saturday mornings for example. When I find another dentist that's accepting new patients, I'll never return to this practice until then I'll simply put up with the crap service they offer.
It was rubbish they made my gum come loose all the staff have a bad attitude towards everyone also I had a filling and now if my fork touches it I get a shooting pain in my tooth
