First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one set the tone. The service was poor, and the buffalo chicken wings did little to redeem the experience. My appetite may already have been compromised while sitting at the bar, watching sandwiches and burgers being assembled with bare hands—even the coleslaw was laid out by hand—leaving the buns generously decorated with greasy fingerprints. A bold aesthetic choice, perhaps, but not a particularly appetising one. I would not recommend this place to anyone. A brief note to the owners: hygiene standards have moved on. Disposable gloves are now widely available, inexpensive, and remarkably effective.

Stopped here for a bite to eat while waiting for my flight, honestly, I'm pretty shocked at the low review of this place, it was pretty good! I decided to get the meat pie of the day which was a steak pie and it came with gravy, mashed potatoes and heated greens. For an airport, I don't know what more you could ask for. Sure, it was pricy, loud, and busy, but it's an airport. If you're here looking for a luxury quant experience I suggest touching grass instead.

We had a quick breakfast while waiting for our flight. The service was fast and attentive. The cafes and our breakfast were good. Location is well placed in the terminal and is central.

Was actually very quiet for an airport. The quality of the food was not really good. I ordered wings which were lukewarm and not very tasty. I sent them back and asked for one piece of toast which the server said they can’t do as they can only give you 5-6 of them. I then ordered a fried egg she gave me two and I asked for a sausage and was given two again. The flat white coffee was good. I wouldn’t eat here again.

Superior airport pub in Terminal 2 (past security, upper level). Comfier than most such establishments at the airport (generous layout, comfortable seating), this place is - as the name suggests - a pub run by Fuller's Brewery of London (now, alas, owned by Asahi). Beer range includes typical Fuller's favourites (like ESB), and guest cask and keg ales & lagers, well-kept. Better than average food at elevated prices. Very good and friendly service. Had the All-Day Full English, which was of solid quality but expensive (expect about 100% mark-up from he same high street establishments). Eggs prepared to your liking. Busy but not loud. I'd warmly recommend this place to all Star Alliance customers waiting for their flight.

Always good to grab a but to eat before a flight, in this case a long haul flight to Thailand. Service was good and speedy especially in an airport. Reasonable prices too. Chips were very crunchy which was good.

Good place to eat. Upscale compared to other places. Dishes are quite large, so if not ravenous, you can share. Note the service is not included into the price. Expect around 20 pounds per person. Thumbs up for the music collection.

Loved the relaxed pub atmosphere with soft comfy chairs. I had perfectly cooked eggs Benedict which tasted as good as it looked plus a coffee. Would definitely come back here when I'm at Heathrow Airport.
