Today I had an emergency appointment to see Mr Daniel Shah, following an X-ray , and examination, Daniel advised me that I needed a surgical extraction because my tooth was infected. Kate , the dental nurse made me feel so relaxed throughout the whole procedure. She was amazing and Daniel the dentist was fantastic. I was not in any pain whatsoever throughout the procedure which was completed successfully in no time. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome. The dentist is absolutely brilliant." Managed to get an emergency appointment here today. Everyone was so lovely from the reception staff to the dentist. In and out quickly with answers and a plan of action. Really positive experience.
On behalf of Danielle: Dr Awaz is absolutely amazing. I am quite an anxious patient but within a minute of meeting her, I immediately felt calmer and less scared. She is very helpful and keen to share her knowledge, giving very good suggestions and advice. On another note, the 3 receptionists today (unfortunately I do not have their names) were also extremely helpful in booking my next few appointments and finding times as early as they could. I felt like they were really trying to assist me. If only every dentist practice was like Ellesmere Port Dental then people wouldn’t fear dentists as much and it would be a more enjoyable experience for all.

Been with this dentist since 1999 .lovely dentist really looked after me and my daughter. Phoned up when pandemic started to get a filling and phoned up on about 5 different times. No appointment every time because wasn't in pain. Eventually 2 years passed and they kicked me out because I hadn't been for 2 years. Disgraceful behaviour. Not the only 1 either i know loads had this done to them
What a great service from start to finish. I'm super nervous but the manager Lesley assured me I was in good hands. Ceire the dentist was super reassuring and put me at ease. I can't thank the team enough.
