   Thank you Becca for making the most magnificent dessert-like hot chocolate for my son with all the toppings on offer! He thoroughly enjoyed it! Our group had a fantastic night at the karaoke and we’ll certainly be back for some more fun nights out. A special thanks to Becca for joining us for a song, Tony, Richard and the entire The Star team for a lovely night out!

   Unfortunately bookings aren’t adhered to. Despite pre-booking a table during a busy period recently, there were no tables available when we all arrived. Staff seem lovely, but poor organisation and management skills for whoever is in charge of bookings. On a separate note, for those Christmas goers… the nicest interior decorated pub in the Harrow area seems to be the Royal Oak this year. The Star’s interior was a little bit of a let down this season. Unfortunately we haven’t had the opportunity to dine or drink there because of the above. Despite the niggles, Merry Christmas everyone.

   Great atmosphere, lovely pub. We brought two kids here on a Sunday for evening dinner and had a mix of people but a lovely place to be. Food was really great, one of the best roasts/pub dinners this year. Festive menu was very tasty. Staff were really helpful and super friendly - shout out to Skye and all the other staff who were brilliant and helpful. Used the disabled toilets for my autistic son and they were pretty clean. We would defo come back again

   The Star has you want from a local pub! This place has really come up recently - new management has made all the difference! 2 pool tables + darts. Lots of indoor seating plus events during the week. Nice terrace for smoking with heaters. Fast, friendly service. Good range of drinks and the food is decent too. Shout out to Richard and Sky for the hospitality!

   The place has been totally renovated and I must say it’s amazing! It’s super clean and the ambience here is perfect! Every one of the staff here are super polite and helpful. It’s one of those rare instances where I feel really looked after. The burgers here are so good I consider it the best in London along with the loaded fries! One plate is enough for two people! I almost couldn’t finish my burger due to the fact I had a whole plate of loaded fries to myself. Totally recommend to this anyone looking for a nice meal and drinks! It’s just perfect! If other restaurants in South Harrow got this sort of investment and management, no doubt South Harrow will be a leader as one of the best Food Towns in the World with potential to attract Michelin Star Ratings.
