   Recent visit with my partner spoiled by a group of people behaving like it is a playground near the pool table. Pub has changed a lot since our last visit, such a shame as it was always a nice relaxed pub where we would pass through of an evening and leave there happy. Staff were polite enough but very uninterested and sat on their phone behind bar not doing much. Pub seemed fairly clean in general but the toilets were not very clean. Hopefully it was just a one off with the atmosphere and we will pop back through again. No food now served hence the 1/5. But I believe you can bring your own in from outside so that’s a bonus.

   I popped into The George in Harrow recently and was really impressed with how much it’s changed since the new owner took over. The vibe is genuinely friendly — staff were chatty and welcoming, and it had that easy, relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to linger. Watched the football there, and I loved that you could see the screens clearly no matter where you sat, which was perfect. Drinks were decently priced too, so it didn’t feel like you were getting stung just to enjoy a pint. And it’s spotless. Like, noticeably clean. I’ll definitely be heading back!

   Visited on a Monday morning for brunch. Place was almost empty but clean. Atmosphere is a blend of old/modern. Gives the impression of being an old pub + sports bar. Staff was friendly and helpful. No parking in the street as it's a busy road but you can find parking nearby. Food was good, we had English breakfast. One negative side of it: no black pudding, which should be part of it by tradition. Would visit again.

   Had a great visit when we passed this lovely pub. We were greeted by the new charming Irish manager Ray. He poured us the perfect Guinness and make great cocktails. The food came nice and quick. Loves the burgers. We will be back. Great job.

   I moved in 2 weeks ago to Harrow on the Hill. I've started coming to the Gorge on Fridays and Saturday evenings for a drink. This is one of the best pubs I've ever been in the UK. Very nice atmosphere and a great staff team, Especially Magda, who was so nice, professional and friendly. She was creating an amazing atmosphere, knowing what to propose. Must have a lot of experience. I'll be a permanent client of the pub!! Well deserved 5 stars!!

   Enjoyed our visit here. The mixed grill was top notch, apart from the peas. Not knocking the pub for that, but why? There must be a secret society of garden pea lovers, and we are most definitely not paid-up members! At the time of visiting, it has Doom Bar, London Pride and Tribute on tap, as well as the usual lagers. Would visit again.

   I go to this pub regularly and I have got to say there is a member of staff by name of Jordan who has an excellent customer service. He has always been friendly and is never dismissive towards customers, he also is apologetic to customers if the service is slow due to reasons out of his control. I wish all the best for him and that he keeps up his positive attitude towards the customer and receives recognition for this

   A fine modern pub featuring a large number of televisions showing the cricket between England and Bangladesh. There is no excuse for missing any match here. Warm friendly service and a good cold pint of lager. This feels like a lively happy place to spend some time having a drink or sampling the extensive and varied food offering. A great place to visit.
