As someone who is PETRIFIED of the dentist and has never really had any dental procedures I was dreading my root canal but both my dentist Scott and dental nurse Tanya put me at ease, they allowed me time to consider options and talked me through the procedure several times until I felt sure, and they didn’t make me feel pressured or a hindrance. The procedure itself was absolutely fine and they kept me laughing and reassuring me throughout! They were both so kind and professional I couldn’t be more grateful thank you both for helping me and making me feel better about coming to the dentist And lovely Tracy on reception too is just the most gorgeous soul and always a smiley face to greet you x

Always outstanding service. Appreciate having had the same dentist for several years which definitely keeps kids nerves at bay. Last appointment was straight after school. Eldest had a burnt hand after a food tech lesson, staff were so kind and helpful, they even bandaged it up. Thank you so much:)

A bit fishy...this dental clinic took down my insurance details twice and then told me twice within 12 hours that they contacted my insurance provider but were advised that I don't have a cover. Before the dental clinic could tell me this the third time, I called my insurance provider customer service team and they told me that this clinic never contacted them. I confronted the clinic with this information when they called me with the same excuse the third time. The clinic then pretended that they had taken down the wrong insurance number from me twice!!! and that they will call my insurance provider again. Viola!!! this time they called me back and told me that my cover was accepted. So all along I think this dental clinic was trying to force me to pay up the full amount and then claim it from my insurance provider.

On 17th August I had a mastectomy and I am still in recovery as if you don’t feel bad enough my bridged tooth came out last night I was devastated as it is in the front. I called at the dentist this morning met by the wonderful cheerful receptionist who assured me I would be seen. My appointment was 9.15am by 9.45 I was home with my tooth fully back in place with no charge! Smiles are important but when life hits you hard and you can’t even smile without crying to have this treatment today was overwhelming I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for me it’s priceless. Easy to get an appointment but my experience will discourage me from returning. The hygienist spent most of the appointment making me feel embarrassed about my teeth. It's difficult to get a check-up due no NHS dentists available in Liverpool and not everyone can afford to go private. I thought this was really rude. Furthermore, my family is at higher risk for COVID, but the receptionists don't wear masks or encourage patients to, and I had to ask the hygienist and assistant if they would wear one. At the end of my appointment, one of their masks was under their nose. In a healthcare setting, this is the bare minimum for COVID safety. Don't think I'll be using this dentist again in a hurry!

I have been with this practice for quite a few decades now as a patient and have to say all the staff are very professional caring and polite. I attended this practice regularly for check ups and dental work carried out by a brilliant dentist called Jarrad Rose until covid hit and the fear of the unknown and my fear of dentists and I admit I stayed away for a bit until recently. I had been experiencing horrendous toothache for 5 days was lucky to get a cancellation appointment with Jarrad Rose and was met with total professionalism and a caring attitude from all the team at Bupa Deyesbrook. They know I am petrified of dentists and after being in so much pain they accommodated for me to have the tooth extracted at short notice. So I just wanted to say thank you to the brilliant dentist Jarrad Rose for being so caring, patient and always professional and not forgetting the brilliant dental nurses and admin team for their caring and professionalism. Removed as a patient at the age of 40 after being a patient since childhood because I no longer paid for treatment. The excuse was me not having a check up during the pandemic. Never contacted in 2 years either by phone, text, letter or email. My last check up was the same time as my 9 year old yet he was not removed. Numerous local people have experienced the same situation since the practice was taken over by Bupa.

Ive been a patient at this dentist for the past few years. I visited this practice about a month ago for my routine check up and I was so happy with the service provided. Very professional but also caring at the same time. The reception staff are very accommodating and friendly and eager to help. And as for the the clinical staff, I feel have built a good rapport with me over the years and make me feel at ease each visit. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
