   One of those wonderful December pub experiences where you come in out of the cold to a cosy Christmas atmosphere. Popped in for a meal and left genuinely impressed for the second time. The food was good, but the real standout was Mia, who served us. Refreshingly direct, attentive and completely on point throughout. No fuss, just proper service done well. Christmas decor was on-point and at the right level. Loved it.

   I’ve been away and I missed returning to the Lass in Richmond. The Lass is part of the Richmond DNA. I got our traditional British dishes, we had pie and fried fish the food was very good. The service as well was 5*. I noticed some internal changes which gave more space to the dining area and it is much better.

   Being served by Alice. Lovely service and check back. Venison was well cooked as expected. Fish and chips was well cooked. Pickled mushy peas were not exciting. Selection of beer was associate for the food menus. Prices a tad on the upper end.

   Food was great, but outdoor service was quite slow. We had a great Sunday roast and burgers, and all the food came relatively quickly and was good. Dogs are allowed so do keep that in mind!

   Despite not pre-booking and no tables being available, we were able to sit in the bar section which was very cosy. Clean and well stocked loos. Food and drink service was fast for the time at which we ate! Really tasty especially the vegan wellington (I would only say the vegan gravy could be more flavourful).

   Was knackered after a stroll in Richmond Park. Reached there at around 2pm on a Monday afternoon. Very nice food and pint. Warm and cosy vibe. Heard that it gets very busy in the evenings and weekends, take note if you’re heading there during these times.

   Really lovely place, nice atmosphere. Lots of families. Very good friendly service. Meals were very good. Fish and chips X2 and lemon and thyme chicken with orange, beetroot and fennel salad.

   Have been to the Lass a few times, the last being a very busy Sunday with a booking for 8 of us. Chris and the team were brilliant throughout; everyone so accommodating, friendly, and attentive. The food was amazing, all of our group were raving about it afterwards. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough if you’re in the area - a great spot for dog watching too!

   Ended up at this pub after my walk through Richmond park. I really enjoyed sitting in their garden at the back. Overall, the vibe is friendly and relaxed and the food was great! I see myself becoming a regular here :P.
