   Parcels go missing at this shop. Used this shop to return goods as no other option with some online retailers and never been refunded as they have not received the goods. Ordered a disc drive this was delivered by DPD they never showed then got a message letting me know my parcel was at this shop. My partner had a broken leg unable to walk. Attempted to collect item myself yet this had ro be my partner himself due this we had to leave the parcel un-collected to be returned. Again no re-delivery from supplier, message of item been returned or a refund this shop owner and staff are not to be trusted with goods or returns.

   Strongly advise against this shop! I bought some pipe tobacco, opened it in the store, and found it completely dried out. The seller refused a refund. All the loose tobaccos were in the same poor condition—dry and substandard. The seller clearly lacks knowledge about tobaccos. Do not recommend!

   I would strongly recommend you check the condition of pipe tobacco, I was going to buy some bosun cut plug the guy weighed it up and was going to sell it to me but i noticed it was dry as a bone and had some white residue that wasnt sugar crystals, I told him it needs going in the bin and showed him the difference with some ennerdale flake, but it has gone back in the tub and Im assuming some poor fellow will buy it without noticing.

   Sent back my important Evri parcel to sender on day 3, they are supposed to keep it till day 10 for collection. And then the guy at the counter declined to admit he made a mistake. Irresponsible & horrible attitude & doesn’t know what he is doing.

   Only went here as my DPD parcel got dropped off here (that's a totally different story). Anyway they seem to sell absolutely everything relating to smoking and vaping paraphernalia. The shop was crammed with stuff from floor to ceiling. They do some alcoholic drinks as when I was in there was a customer purchasing some. There's also a fridge section that's seemed to sell a variety of energy drinks and beers. The guy behind the counter seemed very nice and friendly.
