Ive just had a tooth removed by Dr Khan, and he did an absolutely brilliant job. The procedure was quick, professional, and completely pain-free. His staff are fantastic too, the girls always make you feel welcome, relaxed, and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend Dr Khan and his team easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had!

Lisa & Katie are lovely girls on reception always welcoming and soo tech savy, even sent me a Birthday card, thank you! Dr Khan is absolutely fantastic, his expert skill is unmatched anywhere in Liverpool! Also big shout out to Mr Khalid Ahmed, who is BRILLIANT, you always look after me and keep me calm, such a lovely man. Its soo refreshing to have a quality team take care of all your dental needs. Anyone who has a fear of "the chair" need not worry in the professional hands of the Baycliff team. I can assure you, you WILL be looked after properly, from top tier work, excellent after care and true professionals all round. 10/10 I will never leave this practise. Would give 6 stars if possible. The staff are lovely, I am a little nervous with dental treatments, however the dental nurse and surgeon took the time and care to talk on my level and explained the process to me in full. I was in and out quickly, however never rushed. I was relaxed and process when we well as I could hoped. Big thank you, for your kindness and care. JJ
I saw Dr Winston and his nurse today. I am a very nervous when in the Dentist and they were both so kind and patient. Made me feel in control and probably the most relaxed I've ever felt in a dentist surgery. I would. Willingly go back for another visit if I needed to, which is something I thought I'd ever say. From the moment you walk in you are at ease, the reception staff were great, the ambiance of the clinic is so nice and comforting, clean and very stylish, there was a big screen tv advertising there products and news and entertainment updates. I was shown into a room equipped with dentist equipment, the Dentist introduce himself and his assistant, I was very nervous but they put me at ease straight away, we were laughing and joking the whole procedure took 5 minutes and no problems, i would recommend going there. They were brill from start to finish
Best dentist ever! Staff on reception are lovely. Dr Winston and Alex were amazing with me, they really helped ease my anxiety. Treatment went better than expected too. I would definitely recommend this Dentist.
I was made to feel welcome and at ease as soon as I entered the surgery. All of the staff were very kind and professional. Before beginning the surgery it was explained to me exactly what was going to happen and any potential risks, during and after the surgery the staff were very caring and provided me with information regarding aftercare which I really appreciate. My experience has been a positive one and I would highly recommend Baycliff Dental.
Excellent! I was referred here by my NHS dentist after a tooth extraction could not be completed. Dr. Winston and Tanya put me at ease immediately, explained everything thoroughly along each step of the way and detailed what I needed to do for the next week. They were extremely courteous and the procedure couldn't have gone more smoothly. It's only a day after my procedure and pain is minimal and way less than prior to it .... delighted! Recommended! GREAT dental practice GREAT dental practice! Receptionist Lisa was very kind and welcoming. The practice looks so modern and new I felt like I'm in the future. I had my wisdom tooth pulled out and I was shaking at first, I even said I don't want it done as I was so afraid, but Dr. Winston and Tanya did an amazing job calming me down. They were very kind, down to earth and did a great job!. I couldn't feel a thing! I was so happy with the service. They gave me guidance how and what to do after the procedure. Here I am, 3 weeks later and I feel very confident and happy! If you ever want anything done at Baycliff Dental Practice , Highly recommend it !
