   Have been with 10 dental for several years now and overall I am happy with the treatment. There are pros and cons with all medical organisations, but as I feel comfortable and relaxed with my actual dentist, all is good. I had an extraction yesterday ( the first in over 40 years) and wasn't looking forward to it. However, the trust I put in my dentist paid off and it was over in a few minutes. She did a marvelous job, explained everything, put me at ease, no pain - out in seconds! Couldn't be better. Thank you to her and the staff. Jeff

   It's hard to come by a dentist and hygenist who are genuinely interested and care for their patients but to have a whole practice that have the same ethic is incredible. I cannot fault them. They listen. They remember. They care. Even though I've been with them 3yrs I've seen the same hygenist and dentist every time and when my wonderful hygenist went on mat leave her stand-in was just as amazing. They make you feel relaxed and valued and genuinely care about you. The ladies on reception are incredibly accommodating and so friendly. Nailed it 10Dental!! Thank you!x

   I was recommended to 10 Dental after a couple of poor experiences elsewhere & am so glad to have found them! All of the staff are great & Gemma in particular is excellent. I have a long term issue with poor gum health & she has really taken the time to explain the issue & treatment options with me and has been kind, gentle & patient throughout. Very pleased with the improvement to my teeth as a result . Highly recommended!

   I recently visited Dr. Fitzsimmons for an orthodontic consultation and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention I received. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff, including the nurse, was friendly and welcoming which helped to ease my anxiety. During my consultation, Dr. Fitzsimmons conducted a thorough examination and took X-rays to better assess my dental needs. She was very patient in explaining my treatment options and took the time to answer all of my questions, which helped me feel more comfortable about moving forward with the process. Dr. Fitzsimmons' expertise and professionalism were evident throughout my visit and I felt confident that I was in good hands. Amylia, the nurse, was also very helpful in ensuring my comfort and assisting with any questions I had. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Fitzsimmons for anyone in need of orthodontic treatment or general dental care. The entire team was wonderful and I look forward to continuing my treatment with them.

   Private dentistry is often seen as being expensive, though I've always used NHS dentists. I had not been to the dentist for 5 years (sorry!) and urgently needed a large filling. This practice is slightly more expensive, but you pay for what you get. It is also clean, professional, thorough, they will see you the same day, and use carbon paper to test the bite marks of the fillings they put in. That was new to me, and I've had a lot of fillings/dentistry.... Its the best dentist I've had treatment.

   DR Masani is an excellent addition to the team. He has carried out two fillings on my teeth and I am delighted by the standard of workmanship. His manner is polite and friendly and I am so confident in my smile. My follow up appointment was another triumph. This time it was an old failing crown on a back molar. The treatment was expertly handled and new crown superb. The amazing thing is, it was a temporary replacement and the real one is due to be put in place on the 19th of January! I'm so pleased.

   I've always been hesitant when it comes to dentists as they can be daunting. Booked an emergency appointment for a toothache and got seen two days later. Now unlike the NHS emergency appointments, I had to come back for treatment which didn't bother me as at this point I already knew I was getting quality care here. Unfortunately, the dentist was on holiday for a month so the waiting was slightly annoying and then u was informed it would be even longer. I informed them over the phone when they tried to delay it about the pain and they gracefully gave me a quick appointment with another dentist. So all worked out well. When it came to the actual treatment I couldn't find any faults. He was very professional, had a understanding that dentists are uncomfortable for myself and distracted me all the way through by engaging with me. Was left with a good of advice which I have never had before. I Will be looking at getting a dental plan for my teeth future sake.
