   Absolute con of a company. Ordered a vape tank weeks ago. Not received anything. Tried contacting the shop no answer. Tried emailing them. Dead email. Absolute rob dogs and reported to trading standards.

   Ordered online only for the order to be cancelling without any communication at all. E-mailed asking why and got no response. Still haven't received my money back. Avoid at all costs, there are plenty of good vape shops out there but this ain't one of them.

   Worst customer service I've ever ever experienced. I ordered online and didn't receive my items. I rang them numereous times and also emailed them to check my order but got no response from them. I only got a response when I contacted PayPal for a refund . They emailed me back saying my order number is wrong and lol they blamed me for choosing the free delivery option lol. Waited 5 working days aswel. Also lincoln vapes and Hg hydroponics are one company so plz avoid both of them if possible. TRUST ME AVOID THEM BOTH ! If I could give no stars I would !

   First of all bloke who sells the liquid dies not vape and 2nd thing is the liquids in the website are cheaper than in store. Went in today just to find the liquid that is sold on the website for 2.50 is sold in store for 5.99 Not very good is it?
