   Absolutely, not impressed paid £30 for some wonky nails the hearts aren’t even lookin like hearts and one time we I got the man to do the nails my hands was red and he was pullin my hand really tough and when he was filling the nails he was bending my fingers back as if he wanted to break them and when they have their kid running for them and I feel bad wouldn’t recommend if you want your nails to be nice and hygiene is awful I went a week ago and they’ve already snapped off wouldn’t recommend

   I have been going here for just over 3 years nearly and my mum has been going for years aswell never had a problem with the girls that work their only the male who makes my hands go really red and sore and I asked for coffin nails and he gave me squared when I tried to correct him off this I was ignored but overall usually a good experience

   I have been coming to this place for years and the few times that I am unfortunate to get the guy he has been extremely rude. I usually wait for the woman who usually does quite a good job. I spend a lot of money here as I have hands and feet done whenever I go. Today however I got the guy He started filling and pulling and tugging my hand s all over them moaned as one of my fingers was red (I bite sometimes) saying would be hard to do it properly. Now bear in mind I’ve been going here years and have had really bad nails sometimes. After he continued to moan and talk down to me I told him to stop and I’d wait for the woman. His wife , she’s really good, the only good one in there. My nails are perfect but I really begrudge going back when their customer service is so bad. They need a few mystery shoppers in there.

   Completely rude and unprofessional. Yelling at me for scratching my face before even putting any nails on, not even the tips. Never have I been spoken to in the way they did. They man was rude and very rough, process hurt a lot of the time which it shouldn’t and it never has before. Completely different nails to what I wanted. Wanted dark blue matte with silver glitter tips and got awful blue nails with blue silver all over it. Awful service

   It was very bad service. Switched seats about 4 times, they were also rude to another customer saying that the can not take her nails off. The dragged my hands about shouting at me to move them to a certain place!! Overall very bad, never going to go there ever again!!!

   After years of having nails done I have never felt the need to leave a review like this. I cannot believe I have to give these people 1 star. Very Rude, Abrupt, ignorant people. I have never been spoken to and treated in a manner like I was by this staff. I think they need to learn some customer service. I will NOT be going back to this place.

   Absolutely disgusting customer service in this place. The girls are so rude & your treated like cattle, bossed around & spoken to like crap. I've been here a few times, twice the nails looked rubbish & I only had gels. Certainly won't be going back there again ever.
