   I missed one appointment after being with this practice for over a decade. I'd been called into work due to an urgent problem and couldn't attend. The practice decided to remove me. When I tried to book another appointment I was told I'd been removed and the books are now closed. My family are treated here yet this accounts for nothing. Terrible customer service and an awful way to treat a loyal customer.

   Since having Cath as my dentist, I have never looked back. Cath provides me with individualised holistic care every visit and the advice she provided has ensured I maintain maximum oral hygiene, enabling me to keep teeth I know and have lost in a different practice. I would also like to thank all the staff and dentist I have visited in swanside as a practice you genuinely care and I believe that is a rare quality these days.

   Amazing service and staff! Alison who is always so helpful and accommodating. Also, a huge thank you to Catherine and Reece who were so supportive, patient and understanding with my son who has ASD and was having his first filling awake, and absolutely terrified. They explained every step and were so compassionate and reassuring. Previously my son had only been able to have fillings under general anaesthetic at hospital, having to endure months of waiting in pain before a slot became available only for the fillings to become extractions. So thanks to Cath and Reece’s care, my son’s positive experience now means he feels confident enough to continue his dental care at the surgery. Which is a massive achievement for him and I honestly can’t thank them enough!

   My dentist Cath is the best dentist, cannot recommend her enough, she is thorough with explanations about treatment and options of how to proceed and it really helps you feel at ease and to make the right choice. She is always lovely to myself and my daughter and I don't worry about going for appointments. I also want to give a special mention to Timea, the dental nurse, she is fantastic and does her job so well, thank you so much, it makes the procedure so much better to have a team work so well together. I normally feel like I am choking during a polish and after but not today so thank you both so much.

   I am petrified of the dentist and have been for years, recently i had bad toothache and I’d struggled for days with the pain, no sleep, no food it was awful I started getting angry with everyone and my mouth is a mess broken teeth, bits of black teeth stuck in my gums couldn’t smile not a chance, anyway long story short went to see Dr Fraser omg I’ve been 3 times and the way he made me feel and the treatment I got is just amazing I actually cannot believe it, I skipped in the surgery today, I can now smile and most of all no toothache and I’m comfortable with going back to see him when needed, absolutely amazing Dentist, amazing staff, can’t recommend enough, Thank you Joanne Hughes
