    Had a filling at this dentist one day and on the second day it fell out. Phoned to get an appointment asap to get it fixed as it was obviously not done properly. No appointments available for over 3 weeks! I would expect something sooner as it was to repair a faulty job. I don't know any other business that would expect you to wait that long. That is unless you want to phone up every day for a cancellation. Why should I have to do that? I would expect them to come up with a better solution than that. Their website says they provide 5 star service, well thas not what I received.

    I have been trying to book an appointment for three months only to be told I can’t as the practice was writing to patients. Fast forward to today and the practice is only offering private work at extortionate rates. I have been a patient here all my life and have seen the service and the way this practice treats patients slowly decline over time. I would not recommend this dental practice.

    I have been with this dentist around 20 years along with my 2 children since they were toddlers. I received a letter on Saturday saying they were no longer treating NHS patients from Monday (today). No notice period given, no continuity of care....unless you pay to go private! I am appalled at how they are treating their patients!

    After having a bad experience with a different detail practice quite a few years back I've always been a bit nervous of dental treatment however today I had an appointment with Rab and his assistant Georgia and they were OUTSTANDING. This was my first appointment with Rab and I'm over the moon he is my new dentist, he took the time out to explain everything to me and showed me my x-rays which put me at ease. An absolute credit to the surgery ⭐

    I have been coming to this particular dentist for years-back when Mr. Stone was practising. Last week I had my final appointment for my new crown and I couldn't be more delighted. Rab and Omar have been so kind and considerate, as I am a seriously nervous patient and I am so grateful. All other staff are lovely too. Thank you Woolton Dental!
