Why isit I been going in here for years and over the past 4weeks all the bakery stuff is over cooked dark brown and hard no good it need sorting
I am disabled, I try and use this store. Not always possible. The disabled parking in most trips there are cars parked in the disabled bays with no badge.so I have to travel to another store much further away, so I can park close to the door.
Fantastic store has everything you could ever need! The staff are always friendly and polite and nothing is too much trouble
Poor availability on all bottle water . Asked when stock would be available . Staff member went to check . Mananger came and explained that its not coming in at the min .Hopefully some should be in on the next delivery which should be Friday however due to driver issues it might come Saturday instead .Asked if I wanted to leave my number or to call the store Saturday morning and we will check .They are always helpful and nothing is ever to much trouble . Very friendly store.
My 1 star is for the stock in the shop. The staff are awful, a couple in particular. It's the most inconvenient convenience shop I've ever known. Be prepared to queue as no one who works there wants to work. There is a co op near where I work ( used to be Sainsbury's ) the whole place is totally different, quick and friendly service no matter what day
This place is great for a quick shop. The isle are wide and well stocked. The shop appears to be clean enough and the fresh produce is on point. Great selection of alcoholic beverages. The occasional ques are cleared quickly and the staff are helpful.
My local store always go there and appreciate the good service, however two new staff members working on the tills rudely decided not to sell me scratch cards (I am over 18). I did have my younger brother with me at the time, so their reasoning was that I MIGHT be buying them for him. Load of rubbish they need retraining in my opinion!
