   I've been to many teamsport locations across the country now but this one is the biggest joke. The yellow light is on almost permanently, if the staff are upset it's a red light. If you've paid for a 15 minute stint, your most likely getting 2 minutes of clean laps in the full duration. Privileged membership kids will always be favoured over you no matter what. I was rear ended quite aggressively on a red light and yet this got me black flagged. Whilst the kid got away with a 'please don't do that again'. I go into the pits and am told to not drive so fast. I'm so sorry for trying to drive fast IN A RACE! Don't waste your money here go to any other teamsport if you actually want to drive and have fun as you will come back miserable. Or maybe the staff just need some clear training.

   Hello, I recently visited your venue with a group of five friends and would like to share some feedback regarding our experience. To begin with the positive aspects: the reception staff were polite and helpful, the registration process was smooth, and we had access to changing rooms and secure lockers for personal belongings. The pre-race briefing was very clear, supported by videos and well-delivered instructions. The karts were in good condition and the track, although indoor, provides an engaging and enjoyable layout. However, there were a few issues that negatively impacted our overall experience. The bar/snack area was noticeably dirty and appeared unattended. There were empty bottles and leftover drinks on several tables with no staff cleaning between uses. While I understand that customers should also take responsibility for basic etiquette, the venue should ensure the area remains presentable and ready for the next users. During the race itself, the main concern was the lack of enforcement of the rules presented during the briefing. It was clearly stated that bumping and intentional contact between karts would not be tolerated. However, this was not applied consistently. Two drivers — who appeared to be more experienced and equipped with their own race suits, helmets, and shoes — repeatedly ignored these rules, causing collisions and making other karts spin, yet no warnings or penalties were issued. One of these drivers was listed as "ln POS racing 2025" in the results email. It gave the impression that these participants were either known to the staff or treated differently, which created an unfair and uncomfortable experience. Additionally, having 16 karts on the track at once felt excessive given the track size and overtaking limitations. Suggestion: it may be beneficial to offer separate sessions or heats specifically for experienced or competitive drivers. This would allow those seeking performance and competition to race at a higher intensity without compromising the safety and enjoyment of recreational participants. Your venue has great potential and infrastructure, but these aspects significantly affected our visit. I hope this feedback contributes to improving the experience for future customers.    Great set of folk running this yesterday. We took my 83 year old petrol head of a mother in law along and she had an absolutely belting time. Staff made her feel really welcome and looked after, particularly the guys out on the circuit who sorted her out when she went into walls. In general the setup is really solid, good fun track with lots of places where you can go flat out, and lots of opportunity to overtake. Cheers again guys.

   Great fun and staff were really helpful. The kids absolutely loved it, as did I! The google maps directions are really out of date though and the brown signage in the estate leading to armouries should be removed please as it caused significant confusion to find the centre.

   What a great day we experienced on Monday the staff at this track are amazing professional polite couldn’t do enough for us. The boys had an amazing time. So much fun together a day they won’t forget in a long time. The staff at this track went out of their way to make The boys day a safe, enjoyable and fun experience.    Amazing, absolutely loved it. The track is ace and you get some awesome competition. The karts and gear they give you are great too! The staff are lovely and very helpful, really only downside is the "regulars" with their own gear etc... get away with far too much. I know they are regular but that doesn't mean they should get away with barging people all the way around and yet if any of the average user accidentally gets into an accident we may get black flagged. Just a tone down on the favouritism and it's perfect! (only fair I update this.) I went again since I enjoyed it so much last time. Perfect. I loved it. The staff are super polite, friendly and helpful. Everyone is safe, you can have fun. It's great. No complaints at all! Great job guys!

   This is a unique track compared to the other TeamSport locations - no up ramps to slow down the “bigger” racers like me!!! Only downside was no reinforcing of the typical middle-aged pollocks overtaking on yellows and reds…. so they dropped a star for that. Staff were generally polite and friendly but just, as with every TeamSport location, massively understaffed. They really did their best despite juggling several tasks.

   This is a great TeamSport venue, friendly, professional and clean, the team here really looked after us on my daughters birthday and couldnt be nicer. TeamSport circuits are generally really good and membership offers loads of benefits. If you are in to your motor sport and want to have a go, this is a must. Its just brilliant

   Great set up ,well run & fantastic track .was on a stag do ,a cpl of lads had paid and not turned up .so they put the money behind the bar for us which they didn't have to do .says everything about a well run company there to make sure you have a good time ! Which we all did thanks

   Loved my first experience here...thank u dave for being very supportive..it was my boyfriend's birthday and i didn't knew how to drive but everyone was supportive so we had an amazing time Will definitely be back soon
