I met up with my brother for a game of darts and a few pints, lovely pub, warm fire and full of atmosphere, give it a go you'll not be disappointed. We got chatting to a few couples and it is dog friendly.
If I could give 6 stars, I would. Proper pub, proper grub, proper staff. Worth a stop for sure. Loads of space in the car park (though let’s be honest, with that 2-for-1 cocktail deal you probably don’t want to be driving anywhere). Karaoke, quizzes, cheeky nights out, and service that’s spot on every time.
A lovely local pub with real community spirit. We often pop in with our dog and our son – the dog is quickly offered treats from the staff, and our little one is always made to feel welcome. Each and every one of the bar staff are great – friendly and couldn’t do more to make the trip enjoyable. A truly lovely pub!
I've been to this pub a few times at the weekend for the food and also for the entertainment. On Fridays, i have visited with friends, and there has been a karaoke. The guy doing it is great and gets everyone involved. My friends and I have also been on a Saturday and have enjoyed the food and often stay for the disco after. The DJ is great and always tries to fit in song requests. The atmosphere has always been good and the staff are very friendly, it is also great that the pub is dog friendly and the staff are more than happy to get a bowl of water for you when needed which is great.
Great local pub. Very big, clean and nice pub with friendly vibes. We went for lunch and cherry on the top they were offering 2-for-1 cocktails! I had Long Island Ice Tea...must say one of the best drinks I had! Their cheesy Nachos were so sumptuous and full-filling! Prices are reasonable, quality and quantity are good. Staff is good too. Will definitely go back soon!

Visited today this lovely pub. Ate lunch with the family food great good portion sizes. Staff all friendly. Good value for money. The atmosphere in the pub was cosy with real fires. Lovely touches like flowers in the toilets and nice Christmas Xmas decorations. Well done I will be back soon.

First of all, fantastic welcoming staff, Chelsea and Aisha , under new management. Great burgers ,lots of chips . Quick lunchtime service.
