Proper little local with a good team, great pint of Peroni and really good prices. They have the MiXR loyalty scheme which is handy. Daily specials on the menu also.
Fantastic pub with a very nice outside area. Food was delicious and the drinks plentiful. Staff were a really helpful and very attentive
The main selling point of this pub is the Live Sport and cheap beer. In the daytime, this pub is the home locals that want a beer and to socialise. In the late evening however, especially Fridays and Saturdays, you can find all teenagers in a 2 mile radius showing off their new matching tracksuits. Pros: Great staff, always up for a laugh and the manager is very accommodating. Cheap beer and food. Shows live sport. Cons: Clearly don’t have a challenge 25 policy. Can be easily overcrowded with zero control of customers. Maybe not so family friendly. Regardless of the above, I still recommend as a decent local pub.
Great pub. Staff are always friendly and helpful and deliver a great experience. Decent range of drinks and the food menu has lots of options and is always good quality. Would highly recommend for any sporting event, always guaranteed a great atmosphere and the multiple screens make it a guarantee watch wherever you are in the pub. Beer garden is good size and is great on a warm summer evening.
Great pub, I've moved to skegness but came back for the world cup atmosphere, awesome staff nice food and plenty of drinks to choose from, thank you Chris Marrion
Dave, what can I say. What an outstanding pub that you run. Not only your staff, but your Christmas decorations are phenomenal. The atmosphere is infectious. I love coming to the north end tavern!
This has to be one of the best pubs I have been to! Super friendly staff that greets you with a smile. You can not help but feel immediately comfortable and welcomed. The only aspect that is better than service is the food.. great value for money and definitely a place I will be returning to many times over.
