I had an appointment at 10:20am on 31/03/25, when I got in my car the battery was flat. I called the surgery and told them and the receptionist (normal one on) with great presence and help said she could rearrange for 12:30 same day I accepted that. So the service, as always, was exceptional and helped me immensely and all done with exemplary professionalism. The treatment today was a hygienist one wit the new Hygienist. She was amazing, very friendly, explained it through and checked my teeth and gave me good feedback so I was happy. And she explained what the next appointment would be and what would be done. Again exemplary service and put me at ease throughout and did it at a good pace so I wasn't in long which I like. So this part was brilliant, the explanation brilliant, the service brilliant, the overall appointment brilliant, now booked in for the next one. Receptionist fantastic, the hygienists fantastic. Thank you and well done.
Excellent dentist. Fitted me in the same day after my inlay came out. Very friendly staff. I have been going for a number of years after being let down by numerous dentists. I would highly recommend.

Hillcroft Dental Practice is one of the most professional and helpful dentists i’ve ever visited. The reception staff are so welcoming & always make you feel at ease during first visits & so on from then. The hygienist & assistant are completely thorough and are always eager to help you learn how to better your dental care. Dr Husain & her dental assistant felt like a breath of fresh air in comparison to other dentists i’ve been to. They conduct an in-depth examination upon your first visit to ensure you are in good health & everything is as it should be. Since visiting the practice & having necessary work done on my teeth, i’ve never felt more positive about my dental care. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
Visited for my two fillings today, very nervous due to bad treatment as a child ( now 76) don't know why I was worrying as Lubna was very understanding and things have moved on considerably. No pain or discomfort. Thank you Lubna for your understanding of my nervousness and your 'running commentary' of the process. Highly recommend this dental practice.

As a very nervous patient I was really worried about my first visit to a dentist in 20 years. No need to have been as I was put at ease and everything explained to me thourghly. Need to see the hygienist on Monday now, fingers crossed I am still feeling positive. Everyone was so so friendly and reassuring. Thank you.

I have been coming to see Dr Husain for many years, she has helped save my teeth - I feel so much more confident now. I have been to lots of dentists over the years until I finally came to see her, I can honestly say I would never go anywhere else.
