Great pub food — the chicken schnitzel was amazing. The whole evening was made even better by the wonderful service from our waitress, Honor. Even though she was extremely busy, she looked after us all night with a friendly, courteous, and professional smile. Would definitely recommend.

This is a fantastic pub. Big outdoor seating area behind and to the side of the pub. Indoors is very nice and a decent size. The dining area can be busy during the week but is extremely busy on weekends. Haven't had food from here but it looks amazing. Probably does the best pint of Guinness in Barnes!

A great British pub with the very best of service. Sunday lunch, a carafe of wine and kids in tow. Claire and Angus bring the local community together to celebrate Sunday afternoon with roast beef so tender you don’t need teeth. The kids are truly welcomed with kids menus, high chairs etc and never made to feel like a hassle. Well kept beers, great wine list and if you’ve never been, you should.

Such a great, great atmosphere as soon as you get in the pub. Great temperature and the smell hits you as soon as you get in (sensory overload is amazing). We sat down and were immediately met by Hope she was absolutely lovely and so attentive to us. Had such a great experience. All the best to Hope and her future endeavours, she is amazing.

Hope was exceptional today. I initially called to check on roasts and she was very helpful. She remembered us when we arrived and then gave great advice on what to order. She was so incredibly friendly and really brightened our day. The atmosphere in the Red Lion is wonderful. A country pub vibe and high quality. The roast was the best either of us have had in a long time and really tasted like a perfect home cooked roast. Thank you all, especially to Hope and we look forward to coming back soon.

A very convenient place for refreshments after you've visited the London Wetland Centre. They have very extensive outdoor seating which looks like it will be lovely in summer. There is also a car park which you get to by seemingly going into the car dealership next door. Slightly random service when I was there, but it was probably down to an inexperienced bar man.

We arrived around 5 and there wasn't place for us. But the lady who talked to us tried to accommodate 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids) . In the end we decided to sit outside and another lovely member of the staff made sure the heaters were in good working order. Food was delicious and the staff made us feel welcomed. Sure we will be back. Thanks for the Hospitality.

Had a really nice time here after a busy weekend. Really pretty place friendly staff food came quick just what we needed. Just think £22 is a lil too much for a roast. Only slight issue.
