   As a guy I was nervous about going in and having my nails done for the first time but Lyndsey was absolutely incredible, she made my nails look even better than the reference photo I brought in with me and from start to finish it took around 15 minutes- If your looking for a talent nail technician that also happens to be super fast and professional and offers other services like laser hair removal - go see Lyndsey.

   I have been a customers of the amazing Lyndsey for near enough 11 years. She does the best brows in the area and the best nails All girls dolls guys this is your place to go. Lindsey is so creative and has helped my nails grow to the length that people asked me if they are fake. I wouldn’t trust anybody else to do my treatments apart from Lyndsey or her team ho the girls that work there are a amazing I’ve had a brilliant blowdry from Lena the new girl that works there and I can’t recommend them enough.

   What a bloody disgrace of a business. 4 weeks ago I booked an appointment for my nails to be done. I turned up for my appointment early waited and waited only to be told the owner/nail tech is not coming to work today. What a lovely way to treat your customers, I was a new customer first impression was not the best, obviously the business is doing too well, she does not need customers to survive. I had been bought a voucher for my birthday in April and saved it for 15/6 as my grandsons christening was the following day. I demanded the refund of the voucher from one of the hairdressers who rents a chair in the establishment, fair play to the young lady she refunded me my money, she seemed really embarrassed with the no show of Lyndsey, I walked to Prestwich village to LA nails where I usually go to have my nails done, . I thought out of courtesy I would receive a telephone call or text to apologise for the shabby treatment but no. This is a place I would never recommend or visit ever again LA NAILS IN PRESTWICH for beautiful nails and guaranteed treatment. If I could not star it I would, 1 does not reflect my honest opinion a big fat Zero for this place

   Shambles where do I begin! My wife booked her hair appointment a month before it was due as we are preparing for my sons christining. I took the day off work to look after my young son and to pick up my daughter from school. Barring in mind we had made all the necessary agreements my wife turned up to her appointment to find the shop closed. No contact, no communication absolutely disgusting. My wife eventually managed to get in contact via Facebook with a sorry but come in this week and we'll sort you out. Not that easy as we both work full time. Do you know how hard it is to try and find a saloon lats minute disgusting! Then todsy my mother who we already purchased vouchers for when we booked this appointment waited 45 minutes for her nails to then be told the technition isnt coming in today. I don't usually believe in coincidence however this is ridiculous how we have booked 2 appointments and you can not bother to turn up for your customers let alone contact. You are an absolute disgrace as a business "company" and its a joke how you can ruin a special day for us as a family. Business must be booming if you don't have the time to contact your customers. I would highly recommend anyone looking at booking herw to seek alternative arrangements as they will probably forget that you booked , not contact and then leave you in the lurch. If I could score this less than 1 I would however they don't do minus. Stay away not worth you money. They have a habit of ruinning you plans with poor explanations and laughable customer service.

   Love this place, I go to Lyndsey for my nails and waxing, Sam for my hair, and now Natalie for my skin treatment, all in one place, they are all lovely, always welcoming definateky recommend x
