BEST FISH AND CHIPS! Definitely a must try. Had some other fish and chips during my visit in London and nothing compares to the dish serve here. Even having a Guinness here tasted better than in other places. I came here by chance, as the main stop was the Ted Lasso store. While we waited for some items to be printed, we wonder off to this amazing pub. It is cozy and feels like an authentic london pub. I can not even begin to describe how good their chips were, and so was the fish. My boyfriend does not like fish at all, but after insisting him to try it he loved it. Even if it is a little far away from where you are staying, it is completely worth it.

This pub doesn’t disappoint. I stopped in during a longer layover in London and was met with friendly staff who welcomed me and even let me grab a quick photo behind the bar. The staff here was superb and I enjoyed a perfect fish and chips and a few pints. Highly recommend a stop here to enjoy the Heathrow arrivals and the Richmond green.

Awesome vibes, affordable drinks and food, and good people! Lots of seating, but due to Ted Lasso, it can get packed. There’s a cute little Ted Lasso room you can sit in towards the back with some photos and decor. Beautiful pub and good views!

I went to The Princess Head for a Sunday roast, mainly because it was featured in the American TV series Ted Lasso, and I’ve been exploring the hidden gems of London lately. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from the food since touristy spots can be hit or miss, but wow… it completely blew me away. We ordered both the chicken roast and the lamb roast. Both were delicious, though slightly on the expensive side. I had the lamb roast, and it was beyond words; beautifully tender, literally falling off the bone, with rich, velvety gravy, golden roast potatoes cooked to perfection, and creamy cauliflower cheese that tied everything together. The chicken roast was fantastic too, but the lamb was definitely the star of the show. The ambience was warm and inviting, full of charm, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. You’ll spot quite a few American tourists enjoying the vibe, which adds to the lively, welcoming feel of the place. To top it off, the pub sits right opposite a beautiful little park, and the surrounding street has that quintessential English charm, dotted with small shops selling things related to the show. All in all, it’s the kind of spot that makes you fall in love with London all over again, a true gem I’d highly recommend! ✨

Amazing!!! As a big fan of the Ted Lasso show, visiting The Prince’s Head was a must—and I’m so glad we did! The experience was fantastic from start to finish. We walked in without a reservation, but the staff were incredibly accommodating. One of them assured us he’d find a table, and he delivered. The service was top-notch throughout. Gilbert did an outstanding job taking care of us—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. His beer recommendations were spot on. The food was excellent, especially the vegetarian options, which really stood out. Huge thanks to the kitchen team! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it was great to see where so many memorable Ted Lasso moments were filmed. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful dinner and a truly memorable experience!

We popped in for a pint because I'm a big Ted Lasso fan and after seeing the food we decided to stay and eat. We both had steak and mushrooms pie and it was worth every gravy soaked calorie. The staff is very nice, the place was clean and the food was delicious. It was a busy Saturday evening and it's right across from the green yet people were piling in for food and drink. There were plenty of friendly dogs and people inside that all gave little winks when they saw me taking photos of the Ted Lasso booth (by the women's bathroom). If this was closer to home we would definitely go more often.

Wonderful classic pub! Staff are super friendly and positive. Food is really good (especially the sticky toffee pudding). Reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

A warm and inviting pub, with a small and appropriate dedication to Ted Lasso. Good food and drinks menu with friendly staff serving the restaurant area. Lovely surroundings with a good handful of people taking photos of the area where filming took place!

Great spot but also increasingly more of American tourists versus local pub. Don’t show up with 17 people and expect a seat—don’t be that guy. Amazing staff, great pints, incredibly clean and well stocked ladies toilets. Can’t wait to go back!

This 300 year old pub was everything my trip to London needed! Located just across from Richmond green, this Ted Lasso icon did not disappoint. From the curb appeal and corner memorabilia booth, fans are sure to have a field day. More than that, the staff is incredibly kind and the food is fantastic. I went on a Monday afternoon and found ample seating availability. The staff did say it is often packed most every weekend, so be sure to call ahead or reserve a table online just in case.
