Four of us dropped in for trivia night. Food was good. Healthy choice of decent beers and wines . Highlight was the service. Alice was OUTSTANDING. A testament to good training and her own initiative/personality . Will return.

I'm here for the first time today, and I asked to sit in a spot that didn't have people as I'm autistic and I prefer a corner with fewer people. The absolutely wonderful woman in probably her mid 20's and blonde (for ownership to identify her) said it was totally fine for me to sit there and even asked me if I'd like the music turned down. You know how often people ask me thinks like that? Almost never. I said something to the manager about her as she deserves recognition. Just so happens the veggie burger was delightful as well. One of the ones made with beers I think. Those are always super good. Great chips as well. Proper salty.

Exactly what we had hoped for after our 14km hike in the park. 5 minutes from the park entrance and 5 minutes from the Overground Station. But nicely tucked away on a quiet side street. Definitely worth the wander off the High Street. A classic pub that has a good lunch menu (picture attached), and a good wine selection. The very attentive and welcoming host made us feel right at home. Once we made it obvious we were hungry AND open to some good banter, our lunch came as quick as his quips. Then we discovered that the Fish and Chips were prepared Gluten Free, a real bonus for a celiac like myself. There's an outside back garden for the sunny days and a cozy feeling inside for those damp and dreary days. Wander in, it's worth it.

Lovely pub on one of the nicest spots on the Thames in Richmond. Service is very pretty good, the staff is quick and they attend you once you re at the bar . It’s really good on Sunday

We have just rounded off a fantastic weekend trip to watch the rugby with a fantastic Sunday roast at the White Horse in Richmond. A really brilliant proper pub with a superb Sunday lunch menu that catered for all our family. The Pork Belly bites were incredible and the Cauliflower Cheese you could eat on its own… a must try! The staff were brilliant and easily the nicest roast I’ve had in years!

Customer for years, coming with my son. The staff has always been exceptionally welcoming, they saw my kid grow and even offered cuddles over time. The food is amazing, the burger with brisket is to die for.

Another pub hidden away in Richmond that I have never been to. I visited on a Sunday night near to closing time so can't really review the place in it's fill glory. However, the pub was a nice find. Lots of people laughing and enjoying the last hours of their weekend. I would come back on another night to get a proper feel for the place.

This is a beautiful pub in the backstreets of Richmond with a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The drinks, snacks and starters are served very efficiently and are always delicious! They have a very varied and seasonal menu with loads of delicious options (vegetarian and not). I started with the babaganoush and hummus flatbread which is an amazingly delicious small snack incase you aren't very hungry or waiting on someone. Then i had the steak of the day which is succulent, flavourful and stunningly delicious. It comes with a perfect peppercorn sauce and a delicious side salad that pairs well with the steak. It makes a great family dinner place on mother's day or father's day and for a Sunday Roast. Would give 6 stars if I could!
