    This pub had different vibes, which was interesting. Mostly for the rugby lovers, this pub aired a live streaming of rugby match when we visited there on Sunday. Since it was Sunday so we tried a Sunday Roast there and I took the beef option one. It didnt take for a long time to get my order served. The roast was amazing but would be nice if they gave additional gravy. The taste was nice and I loved the mashed potato. Definitely recommend this place to visit to get Sunday Roast.

    Roast dinner was fantastic and reasonably priced. Plenty of seating and multiple sections with different sports on the TV screens which was perfect. Old fashioned style bar which gives it a nice cosy feel, with a fireplace.

    I have been going to the Sun Inn for years and today has knocked this place off my go to place for chilli cheese chips. Their sundowner is really good and great value for money normally with a side order of guacamole costing £1 extra and it would be enough to cover the large sundowner. Today we ordered the large sundowner with the guacamole, 2 cruzcampos and it came to over £30. The guacamole we received for £1… see photo. This is very disappointing. On the website they state meals are from £9,95. This was crazy!!!

    Came here based on googled map review, it was a pleasant surprise visit and the Sunday roast turned out amazing. The outdoor seating was very relaxing especially in the summery afternoon. Prompt service and reasonable prices. Will return.

    The home of English Rugby, I still went in. The Sun Inn is a glorious Richmond pub with plenty of rugby pictures and trinkets. Good selection of both cask and keg beers on offer. Great service from the island bar courtesy of the wonderful staff. Love the famous picture of Fran Cotton just after his bath! Super pub!

    Been going here for years to the sun Inn, a warm friendly atmosphere, great music, great bar staff and a good playlist. If you like a more traditional pub and atmosphere with a rugby theme this is perfect. Not to mention the prices are better than most of Richmond.

    I used to live here back in the 70s /80s my grandfather was the landlord so my review was always going to be biased . First time back in nearly 40 years with my kids. The pub hasn't changed that much. Great trip down memory lane.

    Good old school local pub. Worn seats, Richmond and international rugby paraphernalia throughout. Outside seating in front for sidewalk viewing, sheltered seating on the side; certain nights of the week a local small choir will be practicing their vocal and drinking at the far end of the side seating. Interesting pub food menu, usually some nice daily specials, and very much on the affordable side for Richmond. Also good 2 for 1 drink specials during the week.

    Lovely old pub nestled one minute from Richmond green, a Fullers so great selection IMHO... Friendly people there. Has SKY and shows football if that's what you're into. Reasonable prices nowadays, 2 beers for £10 :-)
