I offered to show him on my phone but still was not good enough, not happy at all!

Disrespectful and untrustworthy staff at this store — incredibly disheartening, as I had hoped to find a regular vape store to return to. I will find another store as this experience was frankly ridiculous.
Staff member Jake was initially helpful but ultimately gave me misleading information which, in hindsight, felt like a tactic to rush me into a sale. He clearly told me I could exchange unopened vape juice, and I double-checked with him to be sure, as this heavily influenced my selection being unsure about which flavours to pick. He reiterated this and reassured me this would be fine. He explicitly said he would allow an exchange regardless of the manager’s discretion, understanding that I was a first-time customer trying to figure out what I liked.
When I returned to the store, the manager Alex was present (though I wasn’t aware he was the manager at first). I asked if I could exchange- Jake was suddenly quiet and Alex stated it wasn’t possible. I explained what Jake had told me, but Jake suddenly acted dumbfounded and confused, subsequently denying ever saying an exchange was possible. He gave the impression that I was making things up, rather than owning his words. This was extremely disappointing, making me feel deceived.
Alex the manger, explained the returns policy — something staff member, Jake, never mentioned when I made my purchase. Had Jake been transparent from the start, I could have returned later once I was sure of the flavours. Instead, I was misled for the sake of making a quick sale.
VPZ staff should be trained to communicate honestly, be transparent, and above all, not make customers feel like liars just to cover their own mistakes. This experience completely broke my trust in this store. Very poor service and staff (Jake) who lack a backbone- no accountability or integrity.

I'm so glad VPZ is back open! Johnny is super friendly, every time I go in, I'm always welcomed, the liquids are amazing and the supply of mods is also amazing! Their on ice liquids are amazing and the deals they do is awesome!
I also love how easy it is to rack up points as well! Plus the location is super convenient and easy to get to!

So I got my first vape from here on recommendation from the staff and it has worked brilliantly. However around a month down the line the tank was smashed. I went in and got a new tank and they were kind enough to help me fit, clean the shards of glass away from my vape/tank and gave some great advice about removing my tank. The staff are amazing and I cannot thank them enough for the fantastic service they provide.
