Would not recommend this service. An hour wait always because of ‘emergency’s’ but we all know low of staff and lazy workers. Phone calls, don’t answer all day had to go in and complain. Tiny house conversion that is very cramped and unprofessional. If you are thinking going here DO NOT.
Excellent. Appointments available. Polite friendly staff. Very professional. Slight wait not long. Cleaned and attended to an implant. Exceptional. Very calming. I am extremely nervous and felt at ease. Couldn't recommend more highly.
This practice is linked to Liverpool Dental Spa, and is ran just as badly. Several appointments cancelled and pushed back for a basic checkup. Arrived for the third time for an appointment and was told my appointment is 1hr delayed. Decided to leave the surgery altogether and go private. Never going back again.
The treatment I received was fantastic. I've been left feeling disappointed and frustrated by my long term dental practice. I thought I'd try somewhere new and I was left thoroughly impressed. My dentist Tom was easy to talk to and professional. He was able to advise on the best course of treatment and took the time to explain the process in depth. Something which my previous dentist never did. I can't recommend both Tom and the practice enough and only wished I'd made the change sooner. Thank you

If I could put no stars I would, unprofessional - house conversion to a business waiting room making it feel unprofessional and cramped in with other customers. Everyone in there now knows my personal details in which no attempt to keep them personal was made. On arrival and after two reminders I was told that it was the wrong address even though all reminders stated this address. No attempt was made to rectify THERE mistake, it was just a case of ohhh well you should be somewhere else (20 miles away) even though I’d had to take hours off work to make the appointment. I have never written a review before but this time I couldn’t let it slide it was literally tragic start to finish. Steer clear.
I've had a lot of dentistry here for the past six months, they are allways professional, polite and do there very best to put you at ease. The work I have had done I'm delighted with my dentist Maria is the best dentist I have ever had. I would highly recomend this practice.
Paid to have white fillings privately and one of them came out within a few months. When I went back and complained the dentist almost replaced the white filling I'd paid for with a grey filling instead / it was only that I heard him talking about 'amalgams' and called him out or I walked have been stuck with a grey filling! I've had temporary fillings in my mouth for over a year and been told to come back in 3 months several times as my teeth 'aren't ready' or clean enough. I use an electric toothbrush and floss twice daily, so although I have issues with my teeth I highly doubt this was the case. At the same appointment I asked book an appointment in 3 months time as you can never get through to reception when you phone. I was told that I'd have to call back as they were changing dentists (again). I've since tried to book and been told they only have appointments in a months time. When I asked for an emergency appointment I was told they only have them on Tuesdays and Wednesdays? It was a Wednesday when I called. All in all I've had a terrible experience with this dentist and within all of this, it is actually impossible to get hold of them unless you physically go into the dentist. I wanted to try and stick out my course of treatment with this dentist as I've had things go wrong with fillings I've paid for and don't want to have to spent £100's more to replace with a different dentist, but at this point I've decided to give up as I'm worried about what more could go wrong. Shocking surgery, it is a shame as when it was run by the Nadu's it was a great dentist.
