   I went there as a new customer sitting outside with drink. when I went home I had old pound coins in my pocket.they had given me it to me as change and this place was the only place, I had spent cash other places I used my card. so do not go to this place as they try trickery with you and they are not Honest to new customers. Also their ice is not clean I doubt they ever cleaned the ice machine. Had to ask for a new drink as glass was not cleaned had woman lips on it.

   Nice pub good atmosphere nice big garden, staff excellent, just needs new pool cues and table reclothed, toilets clean and tidy, overall nice place to meet up with all sorts of characters from all walks of life,keep smiling be good John

   Visited for a jam night, first time visiting. Staff a bit absent, no fans running - asked to have them switched on but they're not working. It's too hot for that - need to make your customers feel comfortable. Sunday lunch exorbitantly priced - £17?! Keep it at those prices!! House band dominant and playing too long and not allowing visiting musicians a chance. Nice venue, and faults can be remedied.

   Really affordable prices. Inside it sadly lacks character. It could do with reflecting its rich musical history with pictures of the artists and some text. Staff very friendly. Pool table and dart board.

   Newly opened on 18-9-2019 after a number of years being closed. There are big screens for sport, and a free pool table. There is a limited choice of real ale (just Doom Bar on my visit), and also a selection of mainstream keg beers and ciders.
