Lovely dentist! Reception staff our so welcoming and answered any questions I had. Dr jam also answered any questions I had a made me feel relaxed. Both my little girls also attend this dentist wouldn’t go anywhere else. Holly is also so gentle an caring when looking after the little ones x
My experience today was really good. Holly, the hygienist was very nice and gentle with a calming effect as I'm always nervous when coming to the dentist. Same applied to Grace who was doing the aspiration. She was very gentle too. Ellie, who was at the reception, was also very kind, and passed on a lot of information about how the surgery operates and things that one can do when you find yourself having an emergency and have to go to a different dentist.
Amazing, I would not go anywhere else, both Jam and Holly are the only dentists I'll ever have work on my teeth. They make me feel so comfortable and explain everything so well and are very patient if I have any questions or need something explaining, which is so different to experiences I had with dental teams in the past. I've had trauma relating to past experiences and that all changed when I registered with Primadent. And reception staff and other dental staff all seem really nice Could not recommend them more
From start to finish it was an incredibly good experience. Very professional, kept informed throughout the whole process of getting my new tooth fitted, and I would highly recommend them for anyone who’s in need of a tooth replacement.
Amazing experience. I had a broken tooth and also some fillings needed doing. Got appointment within two weeks which would not have happened at my old dental practice. The staff were all very polite and lovely. Dr Jamshed was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing and explained everything in detail. He made me welcome and at ease. I didn't feel any pain during the extraction or fillings and my wound has healed nicely. Would 100% percent recommend.
This practice is a joke, I'd like to give 0 stars. My daughter had an appointment scheduled today and we went in just to be told that the dentist can't make it today. The appointment was rescheduled for end of March as apparently they only have one NHS dentist one day per month. That's interesting, because when I was booking this appointment I was given multiple options, even the next day, so did that change this week? 0 for customer service and a complete mess in your practice!
I hate the dentist I’ve had a lot of work throughout my life all my fault, but I still really don’t like going to the dentist ( I wonder why ) but Primadent very friendly have a great bedside manner. Also have always helped me in my time of need, and give me the right option for my dental care never had a problem yet .
I came without an appointment for myself today and explained I wasn’t happy because the issue I came in for 10 days ago hasn’t been resolved and I wasn’t happy to pay again to be seen for same issue. They arranged for me to be seen pretty much straight away (5-10 minutes later)without paying again which I was grateful for. I was seen by DR MARWA who is the loveliest and friendliest dentist I have ever seen in my life. She completely understood my concern and referred me to a hospital after taking an x-ray. Really happy with the way they handled it. Thank you.
