   5 starts isn't high enough for this place! I called at 8am after having no sleep due to agonising toothache. I spoke to the lovely Harley who made me an emergency appointment for the same morning! They've been nothing but helpful and professional from my very first visit. They really helped alleviate my phobia of dentists! I honestly cannot recommend Harley and my dentist, Phil, enough. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always happy and smiling! If I could give 100 stars, I would!

   I highly recommend One20 Dental!... I’d struggled with a dental phobia for years until I decided to try One20. Kevin at the time, took his time to treat me with patience and care, ensuring I felt comfortable and never rushed. Thanks to this, my fear of the dentist has now genuinely gone. I’m now treated by Gonzalo, who continues this same high standard of care. Whenever I need treatment he always explains exactly why it's needed and takes time to outline every option clearly. What truly sets this practice apart is the whole team share this genuine kindness. During a difficult time in my life a few years ago, the staff especially Harley noticed I wasn’t myself, took time out of their day to take me aside, offered me a coffee, and sat with me to make sure I was okay. Ever since, they always make a point of checking in with me and it really means alot. Even though I’ve moved and now drive 40–50 minutes to get there, the service and care make it worth the journey. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

   Best dental practice I have ever attended. Staff are so kind, genuinely caring and supportive. They all go above and beyond to create a safe, comfortable environment for patients. My daughter who had a severe needle/dental phobia. Has now overcome this with the patience and care One 20 has provided. I could not recommend this practice enough especially for nervous patients.

   I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent experience at your dental practice, specifically regarding the conduct of the practice manager Harley. During my visit, I found the manager’s behavior to be both rude and unprofessional. Rather than addressing my concerns with courtesy and respect, they were dismissive, confrontational, and made me feel unwelcome. What should have been a straightforward and respectful exchange became unnecessarily tense due to their abrupt tone and unwillingness to listen. A practice manager is expected to set a standard for professionalism and patient care, but unfortunately, this was not my experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity for reflection and improvement, as no patient should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected when seeking healthcare services.

   The whole team at one20 are a pleasure to deal with. A professional and friendly dentist who made me comfortable on my visits there. They kept me informed with that was happening and what to expect next. Kevin and Mollie couldn’t have done more to make me feel at ease. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a new dentist.

   The Team at One20 Dental Surgery on Queens Drive are a real treat to deal with. From someone who has not been the dentist for over 6 years, their ultra polite, friendly and positive attitude would put anyone at ease and certainly helped me. I needed to talk through a few issues I had with my teeth, Kevin (the Dentist) is the ultimate in professionalism with a very kind & caring disposition. He gave me an update on my current situation, what he proposed for further treatment and advice on how to look after my teeth and gums going forward. Harley was super efficient in explaining my administration process & registering me on my dental plan, nothing was any trouble to her. Nathan the hygienist, again ultra polite & friendly and kept me informed on what he was doing in treating my teeth. All the technicians & the office staff are so upbeat and this clearly shows they love what they do. I would recommend this Dentist Surgery to anyone, they certainly know how to look after their clients.

   Thank you so much to Kevin and his staff for their brilliant treatment today. I can’t honestly can’t thank them all enough! I called up today for an emergency appointment and got offered one a couple of hours later. As soon as I entered the surgery I noticed how spotlessly clean it was, which put me at ease right away. Kevin himself is lovely and talked me through everything he had to do to treat my tooth. I had to have a tooth extraction and I can’t believe how little pain I felt while having a needle and the quickness in which Kevin removed my tooth. Thank you so much Kevin! I can’t recommend you enough!
