Was de registered for apparently missing an examination that I wasn't aware about as never received any form of communication (text or letter) Been an NHS patient for over 12 years with no problems not missing a single appointment but was told because I hadn't been for just over 12 months I was kicked off. (Again not having any information that would ever happen) There's seems to be a systematic agenda to force desperate people left with no dentist to be taken back on privately. Spoke to a rude, unsympathetic receptionist called Jan who couldn't give a toss as long as I registered privately. Disgusting.

Can't thank you enough. Had real trouble finding an NHS dentist and therefore my teeth weren't as good as they could have been. Initial appointment showed I needed a good deep clean and a tooth extraction. Clean done 2 weeks later then extraction today. Really quick and efficient, couldn't have been any better. Thank you all, from the reception to the hygienist, the dentist and assistant...all 5 star!

Brilliant dentist I use through the NHS. Always polite and friendly, never had any problems here even when I've had to rearrange an appointment due to work commitments 10/10.

Kicked people off the books for not being able to attend during COVID. Rude staff. No leeway for rearranging as you will get strikes and threats to be kicked off the books. NHS patients are not appreciated and it feels like they do not want to have to deal with people who don’t pay privately. People are now left without dentists despite having been going here for a long time. This needs investigating

Rang up to book an appointment was told they can no longer see me and to ring around and look somewhere else? Very rude staff. Disgusted how they treat their private patients here.

0 star's from us, the receptionist Linda has a very bad attitude and they make appointments on their own accord and start calling you out the blue saying you've not turned up or forgotten about your appointment - I'm in the process of reporting these

Dr Lam put me at ease. I was worried about my sensitive tooth that needed a filling as I had dental treatment elsewhere. Surprisingly, I had a pain free treatment. He put me at ease and explained to me throughout the process and gave me 5* treatment. Definitely recommend Dr Lam.

Awful Female dentist katrina is really rude and does not like to give prescriptions.. Going to follow a new dentist as soon as possible. Having to deal with pain because she does not like to give antibiotics or pain killers so I'm constantly going back. If the receptionist tells you to arrive at a certain time and you get there they seem to be closed and you find your standing outside waiting for them to open. If your a minute late they make sure they tell you..
