Excellent service from Dr Rocco Panzera and staff. It only took 3 weeks to make and fit full dentures for me, the results are amazing! Thanks also to Sophia and Sarah, they are very professional and accommodating, thay are a credit and an asset to the practice.I would not hesitate in recommending this dental practice. Many thanks
I have been at this practice for years no problems tried to book a appointment and was told that I was no longer a NHS patient because I haven't seen any one in two years but I have had no problems and was not contacted about being removed they say I can pay privately but I am disabled and don't have the funds for private practice I have toothache and can't get anyone to help me fed up and in pain
I recently had a check-up at Picton Dental Practice with Dr. Rocco Panzera. What impressed me most is how much time he spends with each patient. He never rushes, always listens carefully, and explains every part of the treatment and all the alternative. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things right and making the patient feel at ease, and all this with just 25 pounds. Highly racommend.
I had a great experience at [Picton Dental Practice ] From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr. [Wissam Abboud] was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated how thorough the cleaning and exam were. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and answered all my questions without rushing. The hygienist and assistants were also fantastic kind, efficient, and attentive. Scheduling was easy, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dental team!

When are you going to be taking on new patients? We get text messages saying dentists are now being told to accept new patients but that doesn't seem to be the case at this practice. There are disabled people whAa can't travel the distance to emergency dental places. Did you know that it's going to take our nhs over 3 years just to catch up on the backlog of patients waiting to join the dentist.
I had severe dental pain in my both right and left side. I took multiple pain killers to subside pain. I tried to book emergency dental appointment and finally got with Edge Hill Dental Practice (L7 2PF) on 04/11/2021 and i had to pay almost £24. I was treated by Dr. Mamta and said I have a cavity in upper right side an she did some temporary filling so that no any food or drink get into cavity. She suggested me that she can refer me for one of her dental clinic which is called Atlantic Dental Practise. I was having unbearable pain so I agreed to her. I got call from Atlantic Dental Practise for appointment on 08/11/2021. I visited the clinic and they just did examination and asked me to pay £24 again to register with them. Attending doctor said we need to refer you again with external orodental surgeon to fix your cavity. They said you will receive postal letter for your appointment within 2-3 weeks. However, it is my bad luck that I did not get any letter and I am having a lot pain also that temporary filling also lost so that whatever I am eating it reaches to inside of the cavity. I am really disappointed even paying almost £50 i did not get treatment yet.
Once again tell you to come early and then have to wait around 30+minutes and still waiting had to leave and make another appointment. Very unprofessional and this is not the first time it's happened. Staff attitude is atrocious need work on it. Never got seen to and was made to feel if I didn't like it tough go somewhere else. Got another appointment in 2weeks time. My only worry now is I've complained how much pain they will put through for tooth extraction on my next visit. Thanks for nothing but making me feel proper intimidated. Oh and speaking to me like a child. Very professional
Brilliant dentist. Last week had a crown refitted after it had come off in my chewing gum and I've just been in with my youngest son (who has a learning disability) to get a mould taken for a replacement bite guard. All staff are very professional, polite and courteous at all times.
I registered with this dentist after experiencing wisdom tooth pain and headaches as recommended by an emergency dentist when away on a work trip where I had an infection. I had been experiencing headaches for 2 months and jaw pain and all the classic wisdom tooth nightmares. I managed to get an appointment 2 weeks after the emergency dentist. And the dentist I saw (can't remember which one) was alright, but they were convinced that my wisdom teeth were growing straight and were not associated with my headaches. I tried to get on with it thinking it was fine, but due to much encouragement from friends and family I went to get a second opinion privately to find out I had impacted wisdom teeth, which I have now had removed. It didn't take a dentist to see that my lower wisdoms were growing into my molars... Not only that but I got recommended for fillings and other work, also not brought up by the NHS dentist. I cried when the private dentist found an answer for my discomfort and pain, I honestly thought I was going mad after visits to the GP and this dental practice as the only thing left for it to be was a dental issue. So I'm sure this dental practice is great for routine things and check ups. However, I will continue to to private where the customer care is priority. I am frustrated because I have had to pay for my extractions to get the care I am entitled too.
