   Have ordered two sofas today. Was looking for a quality product having purchased from a well known retailer and been very disappointed that theyve not lasted. Very impressed with the variety of sofas and also the configurations that are available in each range then there is the huge range of fabrics and leathers. Staff were attentive without being overbearing or pushy. We literally sat on every sofa! Sonia gave us advice regarding the best grade/quality of leather for our needs and taking into account our previous poor experience re not lasting. I feel she advised us against making an expensive mistake! I will update once the sofas are received.

   Fantastic showroom in Dickens Heath, Solihull. Sonia was extremely knowledgeable about the fabrics, and gave advice on how these would wear over time, and firmness with the fabric options. She was not pushy and left me to browse freely, whilst answering questions and making suggestions. Very impressed with my experience!

   Sonia was brilliant, she was patient with us as we insisted on draping every version of black over our preferred sofa, and kindly but firmly steered us to make a decision! She gave great advice about the finer details, including how the fabric might affect the appearance of stitching, and how to choose complimentary feet. She even made our 8 year old a hot chocolate on demand. All round great service.

   We arrived at the show room. Met by Sonia, she offered us help in looking round, initially we declined this offer. After browsing we decided on our options, we asked for Sonia's assistance. She was extremely helpful, and went away to contemplate our options. After deciding what we wanted, we rang back and once again Sonia was extremely helpful, sorted every thing out, including the additional requirements for scatter cushions. Emails, post, arrived on time etc. Very efficient, and excellent customer service..

   The service from the moment we stepped into Birmingham showroom was very friendly and professional. Sonia, with her wide experience of the furniture and fabric choices, offered good advice on style to suit our cottage. The sofas were delivered by delivery men who were very friendly and efficient. All packaging taken away on their departure. The quality of the sofas is excellent. We are absolutely delighted!

   Absolutely gutted that, after a longer wait than claimed and it arriving with no feet, my so called easy clean fabric was destroyed in less than a week by simple baby dribble (not sick). Who knows what the hell the fabric is supposed to cope with - it's definitely not harder wearing as claimed. The cleaning products sent were usless and now, a year later, the cushions are all out of shape and the sofa creaks. The cushions have low quality, cheap polyester filling. I wish I'd not bothered with a 3.5k sofa and just gone for another cheap high street one.

   I stumbled on Darlings of Chelsea after hunting high and low for the perfect sofa. I admit I am a difficult person to please as I always expect 100% in quality, style and value for money. Other big furnature companies did not come close, but Darlings of Chelsea did. I experienced great customer service, amazing choice of styles and luxury and best of all I didnt feel as though I was being ripped off. Thankyou guys, sitting on my sofa is like having a big hug every time :)

   I visited Darlings of Chelsea in Birmingham after finding a sofa on their website that I really liked, I chose my fabric and cushions with the assistance of Sonia at the store who was really helpful. I was told 10 weeks for delivery, I received a telephone call to advise my order was ready for delivery much earlier then anticipated, the delivery team were excellent and my new sofa is stunning. I would highly recommend you visit the store if you are looking for quality and excellent customer service.
