   Very disappointed with the way this dental practice treated me and my family. After waiting almost six months on the waiting list, the practice finally gave me and my wife our first appointment. On the day, we were 20 minutes late because we simply forgot — but as soon as we realised, we called immediately and apologised. Instead of understanding that mistakes can happen, especially for a family with children, the practice decided to block us permanently from registering again. No warning, no second chance, no compassion — even though both of our kids are registered with them and have been seen normally. We were shocked. One missed appointment after months of waiting should not result in a lifetime ban. This is not how an NHS dental practice should treat people, especially families trying their best. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing experience.

   I always recieve the highest possible care & treatment. Very friendly atmosphere. All staff, are so professional indeed. As a patient of this dental practice for many decades , I am a very happy & satisfied patient, always a great pleasure to attend for my appointments. Excellent service !! Always!! Great .    So sad. Attitudes appear to have changed massively. Doesn't matter what you say, you will be wrong. Much greater lack of care and compassion. The receptionist just blames you for rudeness and leaves you gobsmacked at their attitude. Dental Care is basic then they will refer you to a'partner' for the actual expensive treatment. Beginning to seem like a bit of a scam for patients

   I haven't been to dentist in a few years due to COVID. I was happy when I returned that my dentist Mr Goi was still at the practice. He makes you feel very welcome and relaxed. He sorted all my teeth out for me. Would recommend

   I registered my daughter 2 years ago, I tried to call them several times without success because we are constantly on the waiting list. So a child may suffer because they are more interested in paid private practice. A disgrace!

   I visited this practice today and had a very pleasant experience the staff are friendly accommodating on the reception, especially when booking further appointments . The dentist Rhian who told me she was new to the practice was just lovely, she explained everything and advised me on future care and products to use, the dentist and dental nurse were so kind and friendly they completely put you at ease. I would highly recommend this practice especially if you’re a bit nervous and I look forward to my next visit instead of dreading it!! Angela Billing
