Thoroughly professional service from the minute i walked through the door to the minute I left, the dentist was amazing and so were her support staff. Would 100% recommend
Excellent service start to finish, called Wednesday reception staff are lovely nothing was too much for them answered all my questions, my son was seen on Friday morning for complex extraction with Katie that my dentist could not do! Highly recommend
I have been a long-standing patient at this practice also my son. I see Marisa. She is very nice and puts you at ease. She has gone to a lot of trouble to help me. Marisa also sees my adult son. There are also other dentists at the practice. It is very nice inside and the receptionists are very friendly and polite. I highly recommend it. I may add that if you make an incoming call, you will hear a message stating they will get back to you.
Fabulous service got tired of waiting for my own dentist to fit me in, County Road dentist booked me in the following day I called them and I’m all sorted for my holiday! If it’s just a tooth extraction you know you need use their fast trac service it was great, defo use again.
To be able to have an appointment in 2 weeks time you need to pay in full the cost of the treatment you need before any check or consultation. Cancel or Reschedule will cost you all the money you paid as their secret "policy" say. But they are kindly enought to make a small discount if you pay again the whole amount of money to have the problem sorted. Before you start working with them make sure you ask about their policy to don't be tricked. I wouldn't recommend this practice.
Came in yesterday and we was in and out in 15 minutes for a tooth extraction. Kate and her team made us both feel so comfortable and explained everything during the procedure. The clinic was exceptionally clean and the reception staff were also very friendly and helpful! Would 100% recommend Kate, and the practice!
Great service, was nervous at first since I haven’t been the dentist for a while. But the staff was super friendly and got us in and out within minutes. Kate did a smashing job, and just like that I’m not experiencing any more toothache.
I have to say the staff from the receptionist to the dental staff were absolutely brilliant. I have not visited a dentist in 50 years, I’ve been lucky there, I phoned the dentists & spoke to a very friendly helpful receptionist , Sue, within an hour I had an emergency appointment to sort out a broken tooth. When I arrived I couldn’t have been put more at ease, obviously I was petrified, but Kate made everything so calm ,& reassuring, I didn’t feel anything apart from the injection. Sue, Kate & all the staff are a credit, I would recommend them without a doubt. Thank you Kate , Sue & the staff for an impeccable experience. John.
