Great little local pub. Very welcoming and friendly. Toilet were the cleanest we've seen all weekend. Good value for money.

Bunch of us parents went while kids were football training around the corner. A proper local. Friendly, clean, good service and prices. Only stayed for a couple, could have stayed all night.

A great neighbourhood pub with lively atmosphere, very kind and friendly staff, and great drinks on tap. There are hundreds of years of history on this site as the pub has been rebuilt several times over the centuries and has been a community gathering place through it all. A very worthwhile stop on the Thames River walking path from Rotherhithe to Tower Bridge. Please support this lovely community gathering place and small business as the neighbourhood faces the difficulties of gentrification.

A Terrific Friday (Afternoon - Evening- Night) session that has kept the tradition of "Great British Pub" so rarely found in London these days. Friendly Competent Staff, Well kept Ales and Comfortable surroundings and not extortionate prices. This place is a Gem.

Nice to watch the football in. Was handed a plate of roast potatoes at the table.

Only three beers on when I visited. But otherwise a nice atmosphere with sport on the TVs.

The Ship Aground is a little magic corner of old London. Mick, Patt and John are beyond welcoming, all the old school pub comforts, brilliant sports coverage, fabulous garden and super friendly people. Favourite pub in London!
