Very pleasant experience on a bank holiday Monday. No pressure and time taken to make sure the order was correct and what we wanted, good delivery dates were also on offer, having shopped at furniture Village in another town we understand the products are of a high quality. We dealt with Nick McCallum and found him friendly and very helpful. Would not hesitate to shop here again and would recommend .
Sunny Singh glued himself to us as soon as we entered, apologised stating we probably want to look around- which we did, he then followed us around the whole store as we were reviewing the couches. We found one that was of interest and he tried to “power” sell us an ex display 4 seater couch despite us expressing we wanted a 3 seater new one, and didn’t care about the discounted one as it was the wrong size and colour. I have never experienced a sales man refuse to allow us to buy the product we wanted at full price and try to “power” sell us a couch we didn’t want. Cos shock horror there just happened to be another couple going home to measure…… Very strange experience. Will look to other stores where we will be welcomed to buy the item we want, not just what they want to get rid of it.
Great service, was served by Sonny and Daganta (manager). We were not even looking to buy a sofa and table set on the day but they were so helpful and we decided on purchasing because of their helpful service offered. They even remained an extra 30 minutes after closing time to finish paperwork with smiles on their faces. No pushy selling all consultative very professional. Recommend coming here!!! 5*
I visited the Bolton store several times—probably around a dozen—before choosing our sofa. The staff were consistently friendly without being pushy, which really set them apart from other sofa stores we visited. Furniture Village stood out by a mile. A special thanks to Sunny, who assisted us during our purchase. He was incredibly professional, approachable, and explained everything clearly. Sunny presented our options thoughtfully and genuinely made the whole experience much more enjoyable. I’d highly recommend Furniture Village to anyone.
Just been to this store for the first time Jason Williams looked after us. He was very knowledgeable and showed us around with no pressure. After a good look around we settled on a sofa to be delivered in around 4 weeks.

Great place to go for sofas. Plenty of choice, and I was given as much time as I needed to make my choose the perfect one for my home. Lee was great from start to finish. I came here twice in two days narrowing down my choices and colours. If you're visiting please do ask for him, he'll make your trip so much easier!
