Upton have been my dentist for some years now,I have always had the best treatment.The dentists, hygienist and all other staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend my dentist to anyone!
Positive: My son need an appointment before going back to University, eventhough practice is busy Understanding the situation an appointment is booked for my son by receptionist. Negative: My family registered with Upton Dental Practice more than 15 years ago when we moved to Upton. Recently we came to know my wife and my registrations are cancelled by the practice due to the reason we did not booked any dental appointment with practice for long time. Upton Dental practice might have shown the basic decency to inform us before cancelling our registrations. Response to the reply: There is no logic in telling pratice can find time to remove a patient from the register but too busy to remind the patient about registration is due to expire.

Very good experience. Had to have two fillings, as well as having a wisdom tooth removed. All managed within a 2-day period, with a minimum of fuss. Loved the "running commentary" whilst treatment was being administered, which even included praise for her assistant (on more than one occasion!). Competent and reassuring throughout. Thank you very much for seeing to me so quickly, and at such short notice.
Lovely staff and always there to help with post dental procedures. Would 100% recommend for composite bonding.
So happy I moved to this dental practice. The receptionists are all so lovely and friendly. I have been seeing Tom for my dental work and he is fabulous, he is the best for nervous patients and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease, his dental nurse is so lovely and friendly also but I don’t know her name. I have recommended my friends to this dental practice and to ask for Tom. Really happy with my experience and would go anywhere else or see anyone else, Thankyou!

My family have been patients of this practice for many years now but have just been informed that they are no longer patients. The justification for this initially was that one of the members hadn't attended for 2 years. When it was discovered that they had attended well within 2 years these rules were updated on the fly such that they had to of attended every 6 months. This is highly insulting to my intelligence. Just be honest and straight with patients. I really wish I had made more of an issue of the bad treatment I had years ago now, I was very understanding at the time, wish I hadn't been now. This has now left a nasty taste in my mouth.
