Really good service to start with getting me an insurance product. I then cancelled within the 14 day cool off period but they would not issue me with a full refund as they took a chunk of the refund for their "fees". I understand that as brokers, they charge a fee to the insurance company (and not the customer), but to charge us as customers a hefty fee for cancelling within our rights, this left a sour taste. I have never heard of a broker that charge when someone cancels within their cooling off period. They also contradicted themselves and told me that "on commercial insurance products, the cooling off period does not exist". This is completely untrue, and they were trying to stop me from cancelling. Disappointing as they have good reviews, but my experience wasn't good at all.
