Don’t get insurance from here they are not very helpful. They only took your money and didn’t even help you. I was delayed and stuck in India for more than 11 hours and they didn’t help me get the compensation.

Axa tried to double my car insurance and when I rung their customer service line the lady all but told me to go away to another company because they were not willing to match quotes or even negotiate that I stay with them. I’m so glad I left. They do have a simple website and policies can be managed online which was the only benefit of being with them. Never again!!!!

Cant beleive i paid in for years one was for 2,400 pound and i have stopped it so now i only get 1,700 and so many pence the other one was for 2,500 and i get back 1, 700 and so many pence a rip off

I found their car insurance services offered , very confusing and too complicated to get my head around , especially their car roadside break down sevice criteria , which left me wondering ,if taking it out would be of any use to me at all Covered for this ,not covered for that etc???. I declined their services in the end.

Absolutely diabolical, no reply back to calls. What ever u do don't refuse a curtecy car or they plant a tree in ur name without telling u. In Scotland at that. then if it turns out u need the car as the job is going 2 take longer than u originally thought they wont give u 1 but will still take ur money. When u want 2 spk 2 someone out no less than number 80 in a queue and the people u spk 2 are as much us as a chocolate tea pot and promise they will get someone 2 call u back in 24 hours but that never happens.

The worst service i have ever had i was left stranded on holiday nearly arrested due to these not paying the medical bill which they said they had paid, i was laughed off the phone when i rang to speak to a manager to help me, the list is endless, its a shoddy disgusting service your providing AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID

I've car insurance with AXA through Swift cover. I have been with them for nearly 20 years. Involved in an no fault accident recently and the service I received was horrendous. It's right what people say about insurance companies " they'll take your money but getting them to pay out is a nightmare " I will not be renewing!

When I took out my insurance they told me to produce proof of my no claims bonus, so I told them I was having difficulty finding my Last insurance certificate with the details on and I had contacted my last insurer for a copy which never arrived in time, so they took another 320 pounds from my bank account without warning. When my proof arrived I photographed and sent it to them and they refunded my money. I got a text telling me that my insurance was going to renew automatically so I rang and found out that it had increased by 40 pounds so I asked if they could do anything to help, the guy on the phone said let's re enter your details and has anything changed so I told him I was now unemployed because the place where I worked couldn't survive the lock down. The new figure had increased again now that I was poorer, by 300 pounds. I told him Not to renew my policy and asked for a paper proof of my no claims bonus to which he replied that it is all easily available to all insurers from a database, when I explained what happened when I took out the policy concerning my difficulties obtaining proof and the extra money taken from my bank account he said that I was being aggressive and put the phone down. AXA are dishonest in my opinion and Are very irritating.
