A really disappointing services provided after purchasing ticket protection with Vista. Either a lack of transparency or deliberate deception left me massively out of pocket. Don’t waste your money buying into their “protection”.

Vista provided full business insurance services to my Production company for over 10 years. ❗️❗️❗️ Scammer Vista Insurance is hustling with so-called ticket company 'Skiddle' ❗️❗️❗️ Their game is making you pay extra £3 on top of ticket price under the name of "refund protection" Once you could not attend the event due to organisers' fault, they will not refund your money back even tho your ticket was "protected" Avoid these scammers: Skiddle and Vista Insurance. Disgusting business, disgusting behaviour.
