Terrible company. Still unresolved issues from 18 months ago from a crash that wasn't my fault. DO NOT use this company. Someone crashed into my car. I provided CCTV footage of the incident and also sent screenshots of the person admitting fault on Whatsapp. 18 months later and I still haven't received my updated no claims discount. They took 10 years of my no claims away from me because the " third party hadn't accepted liability" as a result of this I have to pay more for my car insurance (different company) because I can only provide 3 years no claims. Shocking to say I am still being penalized for a crash that wasn't my fault... Wasn't even in the car. The customer service team is a joke (also not in uk) so good luck to you if you have to make a claim. Stay far away from this company

All the members of staff aren't trained properly. Different staff members say different things when you call up for renewals and when you speak to a member of staff they say they can put two different. No claims together but when it actually happens they don't and they say they can't do it when different members of staff say different what a waste of time and they say they will get managers to call you when they don't and you have to call them up 10 times to make sense of anything. Not renewing with this company. What a waste of time most of the stuff are untrained and don't talk English and that's not me being racist or anything like that but they can't understand you and you can't understand them even when you asked to speak to another member of staff. They literally hung up on you. Even if you are being polite. It's a joke definitely never going with this company again they just take the mick

Second time now I've been in a non fault accident and the service was awful. I ended worse off. didn't have my premium refunded plus my payout had the excess taken off even though the other driver was with the same company. Minster law who is partnered with them helped very little and both times dragged it out for a year. Drs they signed me up to see quickly threw a report together without much thought. I still have injuries affecting me today which they fobbed off. emails aren't responded to and when the accident happened i ended up having to get the police to recover as all the recovery and claim numbers I tried were out of office.

Absolutely terrible service, giving one star is actually generous. I must caution everyone to stay away from this company. I was hit by another driver roughly 10 days ago, and the other driver has accepted liability. All of my emails to Esure have been totally ignored. What really infuriates me is the automated emails that have absolutely no accuracy or relevance, based on my actual situation. But my main issue is being kept completely in the dark. I was chased relentlessly by an unknown company, whom explained that they wanted to collect the car and assess the damage, as requested by the insurers. They were actually a car recycling company, and they were instructed to collect my vehicle for scrapping! How dare you Esure? Without any explanation or communication, you nearly cost me my vehicle! I fully intend to try and repair the car, and the other driver's insurance company have already agreed to try and achieve this. The only company ghosting me is YOU, and you are meant to be my insurance provider? Still you are ignoring my messages..... Still !!! No responses to my emails!!! The final straw was someone from your call centre apologising for the terrible service I have received, and buttering me up by saying "we'll put something in your account (£££)" which i wasn't even sure was possible or allowed, but obviously I'm not gonna argue. And a promise from that same call centre employee to respond to my emails. BUT THAT STILL HASNT HAPPENED! AND IT'S BEEN DAYS !!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT MY DAMAGED CAR !!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

My car was stolen and recovered on 3rd July 2025, and my claim (No. 5000184152) is still unresolved over four months later. Iβve sent all documents, called, emailed β nothing. My case handler, Chloe Gardner, never answers the phone, and emails are ignored. Esure keep saying βplease email usβ on social media, but Iβve done that many times β it just wastes time. Theyβve held my car since July with no progress, and communication is terrible. Happy to take your money, but nowhere to be found when you actually need them.

Worst insurance company ever. The most horrible costumer service I ever dealt with. Absolutely atrocious. They avoid at all costs, it seems on purpose, to provide you with a courtesy car and push to only pay you Β£10 a day instead of the courtesy car. They also do their best to delay it enough until they arenβt legally abided to provide you with a car anymore, meaning you might never even have the courtesy car even though itβs your right to do so. They are extremely rude to customers, from shouting to hanging up the call on purpose. As long as I am alive I will avoid this company like the plague. They will cause you a lot of unnecessary stress when you need them.

I wouldn't want any other car insurance other then ensure, they have a great and polite Team there. I had a misunderstanding with one of my payments down to the bank giving me the wrong information and esure quickly dealt with the issue. Thanks esure

Very disappointing. Have been a customer for nearly 2 years. Just bought a new car and called to change over the insurance. Spoke with an advisor that was very hard to understand (seems to be the norm with all companies these days). Advised her of the situation. Told me that if I wanted to switch my insurance it was Β£45 cancellation AND a Β£25 admin fee. I asked how much just to cancel. She replied it was Β£32.70. How utterly ridiculous. You would think that a company would waive any cancellation fee if you have called to continue your cover with a new car after selling the previous, and definitely not charge less for just cancelling!! Advised this to her but literally did not care, made no effort to retain my custom. Good luck to your business with attitudes like that, I've now switched to a competitor.

Very poor customer service, forever on hold, i was left without a courtesy car even though i was entitled to one, passed from pillar to post and plenty more incompetence i dont have time to mention. Overall an absoloute disgraceful insurance company stay well away

Very poor customer service, they donβt know what theyβre talking about. They leave you in the lurch after an accident, no support provided. Complaints logged but never get back to you. Lucky they got 2 stars just based on price although theyβll double it after your first year for no valid reason. Stay away. Oh and fyi they own Sheilaβs wheels too, equally bad.
