   I just wait for my prove to be arrive taking to to court the cancel my insurance for no reason and said I had clame after I got 3 email from my previous insurance company and said he didn't nit still they cancelled and charged me over 300 pounds extra and still if I get insurance I have to say I had cancelled by this insurance still efect me so it's time for them to unsecured what is like to get justice ⚖️ by lying making money it's time for payback

   Bollington have taken £275 off me for a long since cancelled insurance policy. No way to find any option to deal with this, get through to “Any Other Queries” and the line goes dead.

   Atrocious service. Vanessa from motor trade kept promising me a callback but hung up on me when I called her after her not calling me back. Plenty of other firms out there that would appreciate your business. Stay away from these cowboys especially Vanessa from motor trade. If you don’t have the ability to quote because your an amateur firm then that’s not an issue but have some honour and say it rather than avoid calls. I dread to think how they will be when there’s a claim. Keep clear of these guys you have been warned. Rubbish service and unprofessional.

   Awful !!! Cancelled policy after apparently not having sufficient information... No emails, phone calls or letters requesting this information. The only correspondence received since taking out the insurance was a confirmation email and then another email informing on cancellation! Money wasted paying for insurance to be cancelled and now having to take out another policy elsewhere. As many other reviews say... work on your customer care!
