The owner was lovely. He gave fantastic service. He was really attentive, patient and genuine. No hard selling and didnt feel pressured to buy. He spent the time to help me even after closing. Iv bought a base which was in the clearance and bought the mattress I wanted! Win win all round Thank you!!
Just purchased the Ava Double bed from Comfort Beds in Sutton Coldfield,am very pleased with my purchase,very comfatable bed. Professional and friendly service from the owner Lee,wouldn't buy beds from anywhere else in future now. Good quality beds with a wide range including branded names. Only waited two weeks from ordering my bed to delivery,my old bed was dismantled & taken away & the new bed assembled for me. Excellent service,highly recommend Comfort Beds! Staff member Lee was very knowledgeable and helpful so we felt well informed when we were choosing a new mattress . This is the second time we’ve purchased mattresses from this store and each time the customer service was excellent . Delivery staff were friendly too . No pressure at all to buy . I would highly recommend .
Wonderful service from buying the bed frame and mattress right through to the installation at amazing prices. Only one hiccup and that was sorted very quickly but not enough to make me score less than 5 stars. This is the second time I've used Sutton Coldfield's store for my bed and mattress and I will definitely go again and recommend it to anyone. Thanks again.

Great selection of beds and mattresses. We could not even get close to matching the price of our mattress online either. Bargain! Ordering and delivery was simple, they held the mattress until we were ready and delivered it without a fuss. Excellent service.
Great service, tailored to my needs, free delivery and for a small fee old bed and mattress was removed and new bed set up. Highly recommended, great range of products.
Asked for a soft mattress and it’s rock hard. I can not sleep on it and it’s caused me painful health problems….I will NOT be recommending Comfort Beds at all to my clients, family or friends. Manager rude and argumentative - not great at all!
