Would give 0 if could told them about my tt99 they give me a policy but then say you didn't declare the tt99 aren't all calls recorded ? And on top of that I rang in to cancel before looked like they rejected me the person on phone tells me no cancellation has been done yet STAY AWAY COWBOYS
Avoid by all costs, they removed a vehicle with out informing me. Once I realised I rang them and they told me they couldn't insure it. It's a vw transporter not a ferrari! But there was no communication to inform me they had removed it so I was driving with no insurance luckily it's parked up most the time, but not the point! Save yourself the headache and steer clear.
Used to be a great company to deal with now god awful phone system and on hold longer than calls leading to being cut off .Renewal due October will be moving !!!!!
I feel the agent went above and beyond his normal duties by helping reduce the renewal price as well as allowing me to pay it over 2 instalments. Many insurance companies would not insure me due to the nature of the specialist cars I deal with, but it was no problem for Bollington.

We all know motor insurance is the biggest scam of the 20th century. But this company takes this corruption to another level. After 20 yrs of business they just cancel no reason and now refuse to honor 20 odd yrs of NCD , payed off by the DVLA no doubt. Another excuse to steal peoples property SHAME ON YOU!
