   Incompetent Organisation, Over promise and under deliver. Avoid!!!!!!!!!! Promises made to call back with 'progress' and still waiting 2 weeks on with no development. A complete waste of time. DSA students look elsewhere if you can because I have been made to feel as if I am too blame for their incompetence. I don't have the tools to study. Extra cost and time to make up for a very poor service,.

   Absolutely terrible. I have my laptop insured through them and the service is horrible. If you break something, you will not see that device for months. I have needed a laptop replacing through them which took 6 weeks. I now have my laptop with them for a simple crack screen repair, It has been 8 weeks and I do not have it. I have been calling them every week for the last 6 week and I get a number of excuses down the phone as to why it is not happening. They have not offered to give me a laptop temporarily even though I need my laptop for University with all the exams and coursework that come along with that. Fair enough the people down the phone are polite but its been 2 months, ridiculous. I am paying for a service and they are just not delivering.
