   If I could give more stars I would! I first attended Woodchurch dental practice at the beginning of the summer as an emergency patient. I was in so much pain at the time, my mouth was swollen, I couldn’t eat etc and I was looking at losing a tooth. I’d been deregistered from the dental practice I was at, as I failed to attend my last appointment due to having shingles and was therefore feeling very down and hopeless when I contacted the emergency dental helpline. However, as soon as i met Fraser, I started to feel a bit better. The level of care and compassion he showed me was exactly what I needed, he is amazing. He has since introduced me to the therapist based at the practice, Gemma, who also goes above and beyond her duty of care to ensure her patients are treated to the highest standard. I can’t believe how much better I feel and the progress I’ve made as a result of the support and treatment I’ve received since being a patient at the practice. I no longer dread going to the dentist. I just want to thank everyone for all their help and support over the past 6 months, it was a really difficult time for me and I’m not sure what I’d have done with out you all. Thank you so much xx

   Went to woodchurch dental practice as an emergency from when I walked in reception staff so kind and nice I went with broken tooth I saw Pranab and Meg,and Pranab was absolutely amazing,i didn't feel a thing and so kind explaining everything they where doing at my pace I would like to say thankyou to you both and lovely dentist

   Brilliant dental practice. Friendly, welcoming, attentive staff who make you feel like they care, from the nurses to the dentists. Dr. Pillay saw me and couldn't speak higher of him - a credit to the practice. Really recommend getting yourself over there. Taylor is also a great guy. The practice is in a good accessible place too with a ramp for those who may require it, bus stops nearby and parking too.

   Emergency NHS treatment for a lost filling and sharp tooth scratching the tongue. Excellent service with a temporary filling that has completely resolved the issue. The dentist, nurse and receptionist were all excellent

   Poorly managed! And refuse to take blame when they're at fault. Kept 'losing' our payments and then getting accused of fraud when we had proof we paid for every appointment!! We were lucky to pay by card everytime and kept receipts. It was still very distressing. Sad since the dentist is nice, but it's not worth the headache.

   Best dentist I've ever had. Each dentist is friendly and caring, I've had a few emergency treatments and couldn't recommend the surgery enough all staff are friendly and you get the sense of how close a team they are. Thanks to all the dentists that have helped me this far.

   Due to not liking going the dentist I found myself needing to go after 20+ years, fixed my tooth which was completely painless and was made at ease. Very friendly staff. Will now be going the dentist on a regular basis. Thanks guys.
