Dennis alexis Dear all if you are thinking of getting insurance with conersure services Burnage read this. I got a policy with them, a few days later I phoned to cancelled my policy. I was told to put it in a email witch I did. After a few days i phoned about my refund i paid 800 pounds no answer. A few days later 408.23 came out of my bank account, it was from. Close Brothers finance. I wrote them an email saying I had gotten 2 letters and 2 email from them asking for my bank details thinking I had cancelled the policy I ignored then. To my surprise, they said CoverSure of burnage had not cancelled the policy and I should get back to them. To sort it out, I have phoned on many occasions with no answer. This morning he must have seen my number and put it on answer phone, left my message so I will be waiting.
