LEVINES REDDITCH- Lounge suite delivered was shop soiled and the delivery men left mud marks on my carpets. I did ask him to take his shoes off but he said he couldn't.

I can genuinely say that we will not be using any other furniture stores after finding this gem. We were greeted by knowledgeable, friendly staff, who were extremely helpful in guiding us to furniture that suited our mobility needs, but were not at all pushy. The furniture was over half the price of better known sofa Retailers , but the quality is no different, and lots of styles,/colours to choose from. Delivery with removal of old furniture was £100 cheaper! A big saving to those on a tight budget. It was delivered in 3 weeks, we were quoted Christmas (3 months away!) from the other Retailers we visited. The lads who delivered it were polite and friendly, had our furniture swapped in no time and went through all the buttons with us, ensuring were were comfortable using it before they left. We loved our new suite, it's so comfortable and I didn't realise that it has usb charger slots on it, which is a real bonus. We can't recommend Levines enough. Go there and you will not be disappointed.
Brought a quailty wardrobe. Excellent customer service and the chaps delivering the items was nice and handled my item with care. The wardrobe was assembled with care and on time.
Please support local shops like Levine's ... Good customer service and advice you can't get from the Amazon's or Argos'ssssss. Use them before we lose them.
I would give no stars but theres no option to. Shocking customer service ! I’m disgusted with the way this company has treated my father. After 15 months of chasing to get his sofa fixed and being told to seek legal advise he finally got it fixed after myself going directly to the manufacture. Due to the poor customer service my father cancelled a pending order as he didn’t want anything more to do with this company. They deducted 20 percent off of his refund. Unacceptable under the circumstances. Called their complaints department who didn’t want the listen to the circumstances and told me my dad , who is elderly and disabled should have gone to the other branch if he wasn’t happy with the service at Redditch. Why should my father travel to go to the same business to get better customer service. Once I told her I would take the matter to trading standards this lady started shouting saying “you people and your threats. I’m sick of people like you threatening me with trading standards “ she then put the phone down. Not very professional at all . After calling two stores to get this persons job title she then called me back and said she has no job title. Just give trading standards her name. They will know who she is. Clearly this company is reported a lot for her for be on first name terms with trading standards. Be careful with this company the law and their terms and conditions gives them the right to take peoples money not matter what the circumstances. Shame on you levines!
Fabulous experience at this store. Such a helpful, friendly and knowledgeable sales guy. I can honestly say he went above and beyond to help me purchase the product which was most suitable. Can’t rate Levines at Redditch highly enough! Many thanks for all your help. Would recommend to anyone.
Have not bought from them yet, but after such a pleasant and informative visit today we will be back to order a new bed. They were so helpful we left knowing 100% which bed was best for our needs. I will update this review on completion of our purchase.
