    Absolutely delicious food and amazing staff. Loved the warm, welcoming, local atmosphere and the vibe inside the pub. We went with the sunday roast, I had beef and my friend had chicken they both were so tender, rich and aromatic

    A smashing pub on the north edge of Plumstead Common. The Old Mill hits all the right buttons. A good choice of keg beers along with a great array of cask ales on offer. Great service and a very relaxed atmosphere. A very friendly place to take a rest and slake your thirst.

    Was pleasantly surprised to discover this pub. Had a really delicious lunch. Sunday Roast portion was too big even though we ordered a small portion. The staff were polite and welcoming. The bartender provided information about the portion sizes upfront. Glad we ordered small portion.

    I was there for the open mic night. Staff and punters were really nice and welcoming and a great range of beers, ales and other drinks. I think the open mic is the last Thursday in the month.

    Having gigged at the pub last night, we went back today on our first day iff in months to sample the roast dinners that had been mentioned to us. Oh my god... if you like a nice roast dinner - you need to visit The Old Mill. We went for the regular £10.50 beef option and only just managed to finish it. It was beautiful. There is a larger one available for £15 but it's huge! Lovely and very professional management and staff, can't wait to come back there again soon for work and/or pleasure.
